On their way to the School Cafeteria, Miller and Watson were enveloped in an atmosphere thick with anticipation. Whispers floated through the air, voices hushed yet filled with an undercurrent of unease. Each passing student seemed to carry a fragment of the impending night's dread, their words a haunting refrain in Miller's ears.
"Tonight...the Night of the Full Moon."
"The veil between worlds grows thin...THE UNKNOWN will strike."
"I refuse to believe such tales."
"But you should, for those who doubt may fall victim to his wrath."
Miller's superhuman hearing allowed him to capture every syllable, every tremor of fear in their voices. It was as if the very air pulsed with a sense of impending doom. The notion of THE UNKNOWN's impending attack loomed over them, casting a shadow that no amount of daylight could dispel.
As they continued their journey, the questions swirling in Miller's mind intensified. Were the werewolves somehow connected to THE UNKNOWN? Was their feral nature a mere facade, concealing a darker truth? The timing of THE UNKNOWN's appearances, shrouded in the midnight hour, sparked a curiosity that gnawed at his soul.
The rumors and speculation danced through his mind, intertwining with his own doubts and suspicions. Could it be that the werewolves themselves were harboring a secret, a hidden darkness that only emerged under the cloak of the Full Moon? Miller's heart raced, caught between the thrill of discovery and the fear of uncovering a truth too terrifying to comprehend.
The path ahead seemed treacherous, veiled in uncertainty and the unseen threats that lurked within the shadows. Miller's determination grew, fueled by an insatiable curiosity that refused to be silenced. He knew that to unravel the mystery of THE UNKNOWN, he must delve deeper into the secrets that the werewolves held.
Tonight, as the Full Moon cast its ethereal glow upon the land, Miller vowed to confront not only the malevolent presence that haunted the school but also the dark truths that lay dormant within his own being. The night held the promise of revelation, a chance to pierce the veil of deception and unveil the enigma that threatened their very existence.
As Miller and Watson reached the School Cafeteria, they found themselves surrounded by an air of expectancy. The hushed murmurs, the sidelong glances, all whispered of a night that would be forever etched in their memories. The time for answers drew near, and the fate of Miller, Watson, and the entire school rested upon the revelations that awaited them beneath the light of the Full Moon.
After ordering their foods, the two friends sat at a specific table. Miller's eyes scanned Emily's body. It had been long since he saw her. He had just been too concerned about his role as the LOKI LUPIN of the pack.
Although, Miller couldn't talk to Emily, he still loved to look at her with his eyes capturing her beauty. Watson had noticed this severally from Miller, but he didn't say a thing. Watson was the kind of guy, who didn't put interest in the female gender.
Watson was too focused on how he could expand his knowledge, so Women were not on his number one priority list. Miller on the other hand didn't like women that much. But, Emily was an exception. She is like an angel in his eyes.
"Hey, Miller," someone said behind Miller.
Miller who had been admiring Emily Pemberton for a while, was now was cut off because of the person that had just called his name.
"Can i seat with you guys" The person said. It was Jacob Williams. The one Miller had fought with that day.
Before Miller could reply, Jacob had already sat there. Watson almost screamed in shock. It was like a taboo for Second Years Students to have anything to do with First Year Students. But yet, this boy had just sat at their table and was ready to share the same table with them.
'Is he okay or have they bullied him to the point he had to come and seat with us' Watson thought to himself.
"What the..." Watson stopped himself from continuing his statement any further by using the palms of his left hand to cover his mouth.
The reason why he had done this was because some other Second Year Students had also joined the table. These ones didn't even ask for permission. They just sat because they felt Miller was there and he would understand clearly why they had to seat down close to him this very day.
The people who had just newly sat and were using the table with them were: Christopher Morgan, Daniel Thompson, Ethan Mitchell, Gabriel Anderson, Henry Roberts, Isaac Johnson, Jacob Williams, Olivia Davis, Jessica Bennett, Samantha Jones and Lucas Roberts. These were all the Students Werewolves in the park.
Miller could guess why they sat with them while Watson was still shocked. Watson couldn't believe his eyes that some group of Second Years were sitting with him and they weren't ordinary Second Years, but actually the kind of ones who got respect from even their fellow Second Year Students.
Most of the students in the cafeteria looked at them with shock. For a moment, Miller was proud of himself that he knew the members of the park.
At their table, the only sound that could be heard was their spoon and then chewing their food. And at last, they had finally finished eating.
"Follow us, Miller, right now" One of them said.
Miller clearly Understood why they said that. While Watson was confused.
Miller gave Watson a wink, indicating that Watson should go to the Hostel without him.
Moments later, Watson was taken to the office of Sophie Smith. Inside the office all the Park members were present.
"Do you know why you are called?" Benjamin Carter said Immediately Miller entered the room.
"yes, i do" Miller said.
"Ask us anything that is in connection to the Full Moon that you need to know" Sophie said to Miller.
A wide smile appeared on Miller's face; this was what he had been praying for—an answer to his questions. He needed to ask one at a time. So he finally made up his mind as to which one he should ask first.
"What really happened to the Vampires?" Miller asked.
