Chapter 84 - Planet Earth(Prime)

As Miller opened his eyes after the bright light. The first sight to greet him was a Cascade of green words, once again manifesting from the system:

[EXP POINTS GRANTED TO THE USER UPON INITIAL ARRIVAL ON PLANET EARTH (PRIME) SINCE POSSESSING THE SYSTEM]

[EXP: 50]

[EXP GRANTED]

[EXP: 1800/3200]

[EXP POINTS GRANTED TO THE USER UPON INITIAL ARRIVAL ON ANOTHER PLANET SINCE POSSESSING THE SYSTEM]

[EXP: 50]

[EXP GRANTED]

[EXP: 1850/3200]

[USER GRANTED A NEW SUB-SKILL OF INSIGHT UPON ARRIVAL ON PLANET EARTH(PRIME)]

[SUB-SKILL: X-RAY]

[X-RAY LEVEL 1]

[HYPERAWARENESS]

Miller's smile widened, bolstered by the realization that the system continued to augment his abilities.

There were many questions Miller wanted to ask. Why did the System refer to Earth as Planet Earth Prime? What does SUB-SKILL mean? How could he use his X-ray Ability?

But that Question would be for the later, because they had just arrived at the Anti-Meta Human Headquarters.

Moving to and fro many Anti-Meta Human travellers soldiers and Officers could be seen moving around. They all looked busy that most of them could not even notice, the Little Boy with Miller that had a tail.

Selena and Tyler did not inform the Headquarters that James was a mutant or anything about two Mutants following those two humans to Earth. So when they had arrived on Earth through the teleporter, nothing happened. They were not handcuffed by the Anti-Meta Humans.

They started moving to and fro trying to find an exit.

"Hey, you" One of the Mutants present shouted at them.

"Where do you think you are going" The Mutant said with a Big voice. The Mutant was one with a Big Muscular Voice that was really deep.

James was the eldest there and he explained the entire story to the Man in front of him.

"Good, but these two have to stay here, they can't leave the headquarter. You can come and visit them whenever you like" The Mutant with deep voice said. He actually meant that the Little Boy and the beautiful lady would remain at the headquarter.

"Vorden" The Mutant with deep voice shouted another Mutant name. "Take these two out of the headquarters".

"Follow me" The Mutant Vorden said as he tapped the shoulders of both James and Miller simultaneously.

"No, i am going to miss you." The Little Boy said as he gave James a loving hug. His white tail was flickering behind him.

"Thank you" The beautiful lady said to James. She felt like it was through the help of James that they were able to come to a place they could call home.

The reason why both The beautiful lady and the Little One were able to stay comfortable in this place was because clearly, they were at the Anti-Meta Human headquarters where around 99.99 percent of the people there were Mutants.

Where could they who were also Mutant be more comfortable than here?

"I would really Miss you too" James said giving The Little One his final goodbye Hug.

The two; James and Miller where now following The Mutant; Vorden who was leading them out of the headquarters. The headquarters was really big and with so many techs. They were being driven by Vorden in a vehicle. Even though the Vehicle drove at a tremendous speed. It would still take them time to reach the end.

(NOTE: The headquarters was really big Because like i wrote in my Auxiliary chapters. This Earth is a One government System. All the Nations of the Earth were under one Government. This was the very headquarters of the Anti-Meta Humans on the planet. So it was really big almost the size of The current day Ghana).

It was hard to figure out which department Vorden belonged to. It was because Vorden was just dressed in a plain white shirt and a black pants. He did not wear any uniform that would imply that he was An Anti-Meta Human travellers or Anti-Meta Human Officer.

Miller was trying his best to figure out something, the voice of the Mutant that had instructed Vorden to take them out of the shelter was for no reason a familiar voice to his ears. He could not think of how he had heard that voice before, Because clearly it was the first time he had seen that Mutant face, so why was the voice familiar to his ear.

Thinking too much was now stressful, so Miller decided to focus his attention more on the System.

"Hello" He said inside his head.

"You know that sounds kind of stupid" The system replied to Miller's silly attitude.

"What do you mean when you said Planet Earth (PRIME)?" Miller asked.

"The planet you are from, is Earth from the Prime Dimension" The System said.

"What is a Dimension?" Miller asked.

"Ah, a curious question, Miller," the System responded. "A dimension, in simple terms, refers to a specific aspect or parameter of space. It is a way to measure and describe different aspects of the world around us. In the case of 'Planet Earth (PRIME),' the term 'PRIME' signifies that it belongs to the primary or fundamental dimension, the one most commonly experienced and recognized by humans and other races alike."

"Dimensions can be thought of as different layers or directions in which things can exist or vary," the System continued. "For example, in three-dimensional space, we have length, width, and height as the three fundamental dimensions that define the physical space we inhabit. Time is often considered the fourth dimension, as it allows us to measure and experience the progression of events."

"However," the System added, "there are theories in physics that propose the existence of additional dimensions beyond the ones we directly perceive. These extra dimensions, if they exist, would be beyond our ordinary spatial and temporal experiences and may manifest themselves at extremely small scales or in different ways altogether."

"In summary, a dimension represents a particular aspect or parameter of space, and Earth being referred to as 'Planet Earth (PRIME)' implies that it belongs to the primary dimension commonly known to humans. The concept of dimensions can be further explored in the realms of physics and mathematics, where it becomes a fascinating and complex subject of study."

The System's reply echoed in Miller's mind, leaving him with a newfound curiosity about the nature of dimensions and their significance in the grand tapestry of existence.

"is there anything more i should know?" Miller asked.

"In the Multiversal scale of things, Your Universe is the Prime Universe Because of your existence". The System said.

"What does Prime Universe mean? Or what makes my Existence making this Universe the Prime Universe". Miller asked.

"Prime Universe is the First Universe currently in the Multiversal order. It is where the CHOSEN one is in the Multiverse. The Chosen one has no double ganger. The prime Universe is protected. Those from other Universes can't enter. There is a barrier. All this is done to protect the Chosen One..." The System then stopped without saying much. It was clear it was trying to hide more information.

"I can't say more. JUST GET STRONGER". the system said.

"Why should i get stronger?" Miller asked.

The System did not tell Miller why he urged him to get stronger. Miller had noticed the System attitude of always not replying. The System had a motive for all this. The System then gave Miller another task.

[NEW QUEST]

[DON'T LEAVE THE PRIME UNIVERSE UNTIL YOU HAVE ACHIEVED LEVEL 10]

[QUEST REWARD]

[EXP: ???????]

Those green words flickered at his retinas. Miller not that concerned went on to ask the System more questions about his New found Ability.

"What is a SUB-SKILL?" Miller asked the System.

"Ah, excellent question, Miller," the System replied. "A Sub-Skill is like a specialized branch that stems from an original Skill. Imagine the original Skill as a tree trunk, and the Sub-Skills as the branches that sprout from it. Each Sub-Skill shares similarities with its parent Skill, but it possesses unique enhancements or abilities that make it even more powerful or nearly identical in effectiveness."

The System continued, "Think of it this way: the original Skill is like a foundation, providing a broad set of capabilities. Sub-Skills, on the other hand, zoom in on specific aspects within that broader Skill, honing and refining them to a remarkable degree. It's as if they take the core essence of the parent Skill and elevate it to a whole new level of proficiency."

"Let me give you an example," the System offered. "Remember your Insight Skill? Well, one of your newly acquired Sub-Skills is X-RAY. It builds upon the enhanced perception of your Insight Skill and allows you to see through objects or perceive hidden details with extraordinary clarity. It's like having a supercharged version of your original Skill, tailored to provide specialized insights that go beyond what the Insight Skill alone can achieve."

"In essence," the System concluded, "Sub-Skills are powerful extensions of your existing Skills, granting you heightened capabilities and specialized expertise in specific areas. They are like enhancements or upgrades that take your abilities to the next level, giving you an edge in various situations."

Miller listened intently, now grasping the concept of Sub-Skills more clearly. The notion of branching out and refining his existing Skills resonated with him, filling him with excitement and anticipation for the untapped potential that lay within the System's vast array of Sub-Skills.

"Describe My HYPERAWARENESS Sub-skill under X-ray" Miller said.

[THE USER GAINS THE ABILITY TO PERCEIVE AND IDENTIFY OBJECTS HIDDEN BEHIND OPAQUE OR SOLID SURFACES, SUCH AS SEEING THROUGH THIN FABRICS OR DETECTING OBJECTS IN A CLOSED CONTAINER]

"How many skills and Sub-Skills will i have later in the future". Miller asked the System.

"I can't tell you" The System replied angrily.

The reply felt like it was deliberately trying to hide something from Miller and Miller behaved like he could not detect it and was asking the System for more questions, trying to make the System spill out some critical information.

The nature, reason, what does it mean to be the system's chosen one, who created the System, how can the System grant an ability, Why must he get stronger?. So many questions were in his head. He was just going to wait for the day the System felt like telling him everything.

"We are here" Vorden said as all of them left the vehicle.

They had arrived at some kind of Airport within the Headquarters.

Vorden escorted them to the Airport and told them to sit. Vorden then left and was outside The Plane talking to the Pilot.

"Take them out of the Headquarters. They are not Mutants". Vorden instructed the Pilot.

"What about my payment?" The Pilot asked.

"Sir Eric was the one who sent me. He would be the one to pay you" Vorden replied.

Immediately the name Eric was spoken, Miller who was using his super hearing natural Ability to hear their conversation stood up immediately as he heard the name Eric.

This Mutant was the one who sent Derek after James. This very Mutant; Eric was the one who might have had some connection with his Father's death.

Did Eric Kill His Father?
