Chapter 34 - Citarada

The forty seven alive prisoners were all at the dry wasteland. The land looked like a regular wilderness from Earth; but it wasn't planet Earth.

When one looked at the sky, they could see no such things like clouds. Instead a strong wind could be seen hovering around the sky. The entire sky looked almost completely white except for some yellow tiny dots that looked like they were implanted at the sky. The planet was not dark, it was shining brightly, and it was clear that those yellow tiny dots were its stars. The planet was very hot.

One of the prisoners whose natural habitat was water, started complaining of dehydration. The alien looked like a humanoid angler fish.

"Help, i need water" He cried out. But no one even bothered answering him. However, the aliens who drank water wanted to save their water for the future. "Please help" he continued asking for help. And finally he felt to the floor and it was like his bones could be seen. His entire skin had turned black, his skin was once white when he was alive; but now he is dead and his body was now black.

Forty six prisoners were now left. Miller was now gradually getting used to seeing dead beings, so he did not feel like throwing up. He was now feeling hungry.

"Do you have another food pill?" he asked the officer in a pleading tone. Derek; the officer had just four food pills left, but he still gave one to Miller.

"What do we do know, Leader" One of the alien said to Derek. Derek himself did not see himself as a leader, but they did.

"Let's just keep move forward" Derek said as he used his index finger to point to a certain direction.

Earlier on, immediately they had arrived at this new planet. Derek's System AI had given him some informations.

[PLANET: Citarada]

[SYSTEM: ANDROMEDA SYSTEM]

From this it was clear Derek's system AI; Which was System AI 47 had some information about this planet. Which meant that this planet might have been explored are is being explored by humans Currently.

The remaining forty-six prisoners all began moving in the direction Derek pointed. Derek was at the front; he was the one leading the way.

Moving forward Derek decided to communicate with his system AI.

"Have you contacted them, I can't keep up with this task any longer, i want to go home" Derek complained to the system.

"I was able to contact Paul Clinton; but strangely enough i can no longer do so" the system replied.

Unknown to the system and Derek, Paul Clinton had intentionally blocked the system AI from accessing anyone from Earth.

"Have you been ABLE to contact any one other than him" Derek asked.

"I have tried my best, but it seems like there is no response" the system replied.

"How many human shelters are on this planet" Derek asked the system AI.

"Just seven shelters sir, the entire planet has not been explored completely". the System AI replied.

Shelters were places built by humans with great security on another planet to protect them from the planet beasts. If there was a shelter on a planet, their would actually be some Anti-Meta Human Travellers on that planet.

Mutants that submitted to the government were actually put in two positions either as a Anti-Meta Human Officer or Anti-Meta Human Traveler.

Derek was an Anti-Meta Human Officer, he was like a government soldier sent to battle mutants who refused to submit.

"Where is the closest shelter?" Derek asked the system AI.

"You are moving towards it, just keep moving" The system AI said.

The forty six prisoners were following Derek without asking questions. Derek was at the front of the line and Miller was at his right hand, Zabat on the other hand was at the left.

Miller had been eager to ask Derek about what happened to his face, which appeared badly burned. Derek's right eye was blind, only his left eye was working. Derek's right face looked like it had been burnt from fire. Miller's guess was maybe a Meta human with fire ability had burnt Derek.

"Sir Derek, please do not get offended, this question had been bothering me for a long time and i wanted to ask, What actually happened to your face" Miller asked.

"Do you really want to know?" Derek asked.

"i really want to" Miller replied with a smile and was kind of getting excited.

"If i tell you, then i would have to kill you" Derek replied with a smile.

Miller did not reply but just smiled and looked at another direction.

They have been moving for up to an hour and now they could see some gigantic walls that was still a little far from them around 600 kilometers away. From those gigantic walls, Derek knew what it was and the System AI also confirmed it.

The system AI said, and a big smile appeared on Derek's face. "Derek, you are actually looking at a shelter," the AI said.

"They are heading towards the area, if they make it there and we don't corrupt the system before he gets there, the upcoming war will not be in our favour" A creature said to his colleagues as he touched the body of a dead alien. The dead alien was still the same prisoner that had escaped with Derek and others that had died from dehydration.

The creatures were aliens and they were five of them present. They looked very masculine with big triceps and biceps, they were around nine feet tall. They have massive body. Their skin was coloured green. They had a humanoid appearance, they were big and green, with just one eye at the center of their forehead, they had a nose and mouth with two ears like an average human. Their voices were deep and signified war.

These five green alien were the ones who had earlier killed those other prisoners at the Mevorotrians prison.

"The Long Awaited Saviour is on this planet, we have to corrupt the system before he gets there" One of them said.

"But how can we know the location of the system" Another replied.

"We must find them quickly, or all will be lost. The clock is ticking, and every second counts. If we fail, the universe will be plunged into chaos and destruction. We cannot let that happen. I beg of you, do not fail me. Do not fail us all." One of them said, his voice was filled with urgency and despair, and his words hung in the air like a heavy weight. The others knew that they could not afford to hesitate or falter, not even for a moment. They had to find the Long Awaited One, or face the terrible consequences.
