Hugo, the commander, and the other two standing behind the young man with yellow hair were all unaware that he was being controlled by something he couldn't understand.
His legs were moving, but he wasn't in control of them; it was as if he were another person until dopamine flooded through his body, and he dashed into the oval shape.

After the device vanished into thin air, the leading individuals who owned the planet convened for a conference.
This is Earth, but to better understand it, one must consider that it exists in a different dimension. This Earth realm can be described as both the best and the worst.
Earth-16 is the planet where all of these events take place.
The meeting will take place in a hall encircled by white, entirely white.
It features thirteen unoccupied seats, a long table in the centre, and a giant blue screen facing those seats; everything else in the room was white save for the blue screen.
White was considered to be the colour of purity on Earth-16. The leaders considered themselves pure, despite the fact that their hands were already soiled by the blood they had shared.
A man rushed in, furious and shocked that the others had not arrived yet. Before the man could take a seat, the door was opened again, and 5 additional members entered and took their seats.
The door was quickly reopened, and the rest of the group entered. They've all taken their places, and the meeting has begun.
"Greetings, everyone; I'm sure we've all heard the news." Wes, the man who came in first, explained.
"Could you please shed some more light on the situation?" Said a woman named Larry, who appeared to be in her early forties.
There were seven men and six women present, and they were all dressed uniquely because, according to the leaders, they define their own culture.
"I believe we all received information from Lieutenant General Lucas about 12 minutes ago, he complained through the message to all of us that a contraption suddenly appeared at the far end of the lab at his military base. The first thing that appeared was a dark blue device that emitted a dazzling white light and consumed a large number of objects as well as two humans. The first one walked inside, while the other, one of our men, ran and leapt inside."
The leaders began murmuring to one another. Rowan, one of the leaders who stood up and asked, "Are they back, are they trying to invade again, but I thought we made an agreement with them, why would they come back?"
After uttering those remarks, he sat down so that others might speak; they acted maturely in their meeting, and there was order because the planet's life were at stake.
"This is why I told you all here that we should have fought back, not let those fools take what we have and leave, those yakotives are never to be trusted," Chadwick, a man with trust difficulties, stated.
"It's not right to start pointing fingers at that tribe due to just because they left this council doesn't mean they're the ones to blame." Cornell, another person, said.
"Are you sure you're not trying to rebel as soon as something bad happens to the King?" Chadwick asked.
Chadwick was standing as Cornell sat, but he was badly pinching his face.
"PLEASE, this is not the time for debate," Wes added.
The King was sick on Earth -16, and according to world customs, people were not allowed to declare their first sons King immediately or choose their successor. The King used to depend on which ethnic group had the most population, food, shelter, money, and power.
However, due to unnecessary wars, it was eventually changed to voting and all folks, regardless of age, would vote, similar to a democracy, except that the King does not leave until he dies, thus people are expected to make a choice.
Although the public is told that anyone can run, there are times when there are 50-79 aspirants, but people are now afraid to participate (especially the poor) because almost all participants die before election day, leaving them with only 5-7 candidates to choose from.
Although the thirteen leaders of Earth-16 profess to produce Earth peace, they would not hesitate to kill and cannot be caught or punished, but this is not the case for the bulk of the population.
The fact that, unlike other Earths in the universe, Earth-16 still has some of its fearsome predators, such as megladon and velociraptor, attracted everyone together in this location. They even have creatures with new features, such as certain cockroaches that are nearly the size of people, as a result of which they have evolved in weaponry, machines, and wisdom.
But, before all of this, the people of Earth-16 banded together and chose fifteen of their strongest families to be the lawmakers and top men to guide them to survival.
They functioned similarly to the legislative branch of government. Years passed, and something happened that wiped off the entire number fifteen family, but the cause is still unknown to this day. Will the mystery ever be solved?
The fourteen families elected a king, and that was how the Earth system worked from generation to generation. Humans had erected massive walls and increased in size, though not to the same extent as their rivals.
The fourteen families then governed for millennia with different Kings, with the families' senior leaders delegating authority to anybody they deemed fit, regardless of age, size, colour, or height.
But this King, who had been unwell and vomiting blood for a week, informed them that he had a dream in which he died and humanity died with him. When he told the fourteen families, the number seven vanished, leaving only thirteen families.
Is it true that the fourteen left because the King fell ill, or is there more to the story?
"So what should I not say what is on my mind?" Chadwick, who had never trusted anyone, said to Wes. Or are you now a part of them as well? Tell me so I can find out..." He sounded as if he was seeking an urgent response.
Wes interrupted him: "There's no need for that. We're all here to discuss how to manage the security budget. I don't believe it's the fourteenth family that is responsible for this." Remember, despite the fact that there are so many ethnic groups, they are all organised into families, and each of them is assigned to one of us here, so he may be from here or from somewhere else, or this..."
As Wes said those last words, he pointed to the blue screen in front of everyone, and a video of five farmers fighting against something that looked like a humanoid beast with a tail, it had a single sharp spike on its back that sparked electricity, the creature was Brown in complexion, and it had marks all over its body like it was sewed in a machine was shown. It stood about 8 feet tall and had the strength of 15 men combined in a single arm; it moved the five farmers as if there was no gravity.
When they fell to the ground, it swallowed their blood, tore them apart, and ate their flesh.

'Who is he, how did he get here, did you see the white light that followed him, it was so dazzling, why is he nude...' were the words of youngsters as they whispered around a young guy.
The man who entered the obliterated contraption has miraculously relocated to another location. But how?
Slowly, his eyes opened, and he noticed the kids staring at him, some of whom were simply smiling and holding their laughter because he was nude.
Although other people couldn't help but laugh, the man didn't care as he stood up. He had thick black hair and, while most of his garments were ripped as a result of being burned, there was something tucked into one section of his shirt that, when he pulled out, was a pen that said LOVE, HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
The first thing he said was, "WHO AM WHAT IS MY NAME, AND WHY AM I HERE, WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?"
