It is our inherent ability that has been with us through ages, and knowledge of it, of what it truly entails and is capable of doing is lost to time.
The only thing written in the book is that the ADAPTABILITY ability like its name implies, allows us to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
That is all I know. And I doubt I will know any more than that no matter how deeply I continue to read the book.
With all those abilities listed, I began training and was able to master how to use it. That also is thanks to the power of ADAPTABILITY.
However, its effect does not extend to boosting my abilities to an easily unfathomable realm. No, it doesn't work like that.
