Chapter 8 - Chapter #7

I ran as fast as I can toward where Pete's home, hoping to stop the inevitable from happening. In the past, I always thought of this moment, but for me to forget about it...

I always thought that what if Uncle Ben lived, how would Pete understand that with great power comes great responsibility? If I save Uncle Ben, will Peter ever truly realize what his power can do? Will he be a hero? And most importantly, what would happen... if I change that canon event... wait... did I already change it by existing... Fucking Miguel.

I always wondered why I reincarnated here and what my purpose was. Why did TOAA allow me to live in his creation?

TOAA is an omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent being. The moment that I was born here is the moment that he knew that I was here. He wants to know what a single, out-of-the-box entity can do. The answer? For me, the answer is to change, for me to change everything that I can. A new reality that an unknown variable lived in.

That's why I stopped thinking. I just did what I was supposed to do, what I want to do, and what I need to do, and that is to do whatever the hell I want, including saving Uncle Ben's ass. I'll let the future me handle Peter.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA" I laugh loudly while running, feeling the weight on my shoulder lessen.

'I need to apologize to Gwen after this shit's done. I owe her a treat after what I did to her' I thought while running with a sheepish smile on my face.

After running a dozen blocks, there it was Peter's house. I continued running toward it, and when I came near his house, I saw Aunt May inside, waiting, with tears in her eyes. I also saw the broken glass that was supposed to be their glass door.

When I saw that it was already broken, I knew right away that Uncle Ben is already looking for Peter, so instead of going inside his house, I ran to where I thought Peter is right now.

He's supposed to be in a store right now. The question is, which store? In the movie, there's a jerk clerk who insulted him about some milk. Some clerk in some store has a name tag with the name of the store on top of their name. I just need to remember that tag. Fuck please genius mind, don't let me down now.

'2 Cents...step aside kid...obese man with long hair...green shirt...no, it's a grey shirt...grey uniform and green shirt...tag...name tag...T-Bone...Forest... the forest...

"Forest Hills Market! Fuck, thank you my brain! " I shouted in glee as I ran to where the Forest Hills Market is.

When I was already close to the market, I heard a shout from the store.

"Hey man, stop! Somebody stop that guy! Hey, kid, little help? "

Then I saw the T-Bone guy, and Pete,

"Not my policy," Peter said, nearly turning around when he noticed me.

"Luke, what are yo-" He was not able to finish his words because I had already drifted off to where Uncle Ben's supposed to be murderer was.

"Somebody stop that dude!" I heard T-Bone's shout as he proceeded to chase the guy.

I hurriedly followed the blonde man, and when I was able to see him clearly, he turned his head to me and took out something from his torso, only for him to stumble and drop the object that he had taken out.

When I saw the gun on the floor, I immediately dashed for it but was surprised that someone else was also planning to pick it up. An elderly man whom I am very familiar with.

''Uncle Ben," I muttered as I proceeded to head to where he was. The blonde man also saw Uncle Ben near it and he instantly rushed for his gun.

When Uncle Ben grabbed the gun, the crook also grabbed the gun, making them struggle to get a hold of it.

'Shit' When I got near enough to them, I shoved Uncle Ben to the ground and grabbed the pistol with the crook. We wrestled for a few seconds, but the only problem was that the pistol was pointing at me, and the criminal immediately understood what to do when he saw that.

BANG!*

When the gun was shot, all I felt was nothing at first. My mind was in constant flux. I felt high, a second later, I felt it, the indescribable pain that was coursing through my stomach was excruciating. I crumpled my body and collapsed to the ground while holding my stomach. When I touched it, my hands became wet. I glanced at my hand and saw that it was covered with a red liquid.

'Blood...'

"Luke! Son, just open your eyes, it'll be okay," Uncle Ben said as he caressed my head in his lap.

"No...No! no, no, no, Luke, Luke!" I heard a voice at my side and took a glimpse at it to see that it was Peter with a horrified look on his face.

"Peter, PETER! Call for an ambulance right now!" Uncle Ben said to Peter in distress as Peter took something out of his pocket.

'I should have brought the AGC pouch, I'm such a f*cking idiot,' I pondered as I felt my strength vanish away from my body, causing my eyelids to be heavy. The only thing I could hear was the loud beating of my heart and my ragged breathing, and the last thing I saw was a myriad of colors.

A kaleidoscope.

[Third POV]

In an old wooden room covered with antiques and unknown objects, a bald woman dress in robe is meditating, although her activity is a normal occurrence in the room, today is a little different, she's meditating while levitating, her body is glitching and her figure is covered with green hue that is originating from her chest, an object with an infinite power.

"Ancient One, there is an anomaly on the 'Book of Cagliostro' it's glowing, the masters are already examining it, they concluded that, a new page will reveal itself after its transformation." A black man dressed also in robe, came in as he announce a strange news to the one he called, 'Ancient One'.

The bald-woman, also known as 'Ancient One' finished her meditation and sat straight facing Master Mordo.

"I know Master Mordo, the 'Time Stone' is acting strange this morning, so I took a peek. Troubled times are ahead Master Mordo, the future that I know of are unexplainably changed, some can't be seen like it's covered by the blackest vail. Making use of the 'Time Stone' to look decades into the future is pointless and futile." Ancient One said with a hint of seriousness in her voice signaling the gravity of the situation.

"Impossible, the 'Time Stone' is an object that predates the universe itself, what could possibly make it default its purpose." Master Mordo said while eyeing the cradle of the 'Time Stone', the 'Eye of Agamotto', that is still glowing its green hue.

"I don't know Master Mordo, but in view of our also recent events, I speculate that we can find some hint in the 'Book of Cagliostro', only then, can we know what kind of anomaly is happening before us. Let's make haste Master Mordo." The Ancient one replied with a wisdom befitting her status as they walk through the vestibules of their sanctum.

........

In a white cosmos, surrounded by refined clouds. An elderly man is sitting on a chair while painting on a canvas. This elderly men is adorned by a shining white outfits seemingly expressing his divine aura.

When suddenly a deep resounding voice echoed in his never-ending realm.

"You call...I answer...'ABOVE-ALL-OTHERS' how may I be of service?" The voice uttered as he appeared out of nowhere.

"Living Tribunal...I plan to step in the world of the mortals, I just wanna inform you for you to not panic," The One Above All said, while still painting at his canvas.

"Can I ask the Above-All-Other, his reason for his decision?" The Living Tribunal ask with respectful tone in his voice.

"The Recorder," The One Above All revealed making the Living Tribunal shock at his revelation.

"How?" The Living Tribunal asked

"I was able to obtain someone from the void," The "One-Above-All' replied to the 'Living Tribunal's' question as he stood up and created a formal suit for himself.

"Anyways, I'll need to go now, need to meet him for introduction, take care my Tribunal," He said as he disappeared out of nowhere.

'...Looks like my job will be a lot harder from now on. No matter, my physical form will die within a century so I guess I'll be able to have a vacation wherever I want then,' The Living Tribunal pondered positively.

"The '̴̨͇̣̪̈̓̅R̸͗̔e̸̜̭̋̚c̷̡̃̓̈͝o̸̞͕͕̰̜͂̚r̸̳̲̋̉́͝d̵̻͕̼͍̏͠ĕ̴̬͒r̴̨̨̺̰̹̓͆͝, a being of an unimaginable power. An entity that records the entirety of everything itself. Nobody knows his real identity but I managed to get a hold of a spell, a spell that was able to track his chaotic and raw energy source for a few seconds. A spell that the 'Recorder' himself gave to me as he ordered me to create this page because of an untold reasons. His name can't be recorded by any means but, with the help of this spell, it will able me to record and write his name in this page. I met him once, and I felt absolute fear then. True fear, not fear of being killed, but fear of never existing. For he holds the records itself, the records of my memory, my feelings, my power, my soul, and my existence. The day that this page revealed itself means that it is also the day of his rise and emergence. Sorcerer Supreme make haste for he waits, once he saw you he will know your purpose. Remember, never make him an enemy, for challenging him is more futile than escaping the gaze of an abyss."

-Cagliostro

The 'Ancient One' read out loud to everyone while standing in a circular table. In each chair are the different disciples of the mystic arts wearing their customized attires signifying their status as a master of the ways of mystics.

"This page contains, not a spell but a short introduction given by Cagliostro of a being named, The '̴̨͇̣̪̈̓̅R̸̢͕͗̔̾͌̐e̸̜̭̋̚c̷̡̃̓̈͝o̸̞͕͕̰̜͂̚r̸̳̲̋̉́͝d̵̻͕̼͍̏͠ĕ̴̬͒r̴̨̨̺̰̹̓͆͝. In every book, grimoire, and text that the Kamar Taj holds in our sanctums, there was no record or history that mentioned this being, this also explains what Cagliostro said about his name, which cannot be written or recorded in any text, but for Cagliostro himself to feel fear?" The 'Ancient One' stated with a solemn look on her face as she sat down.

However the moment that she sat down, the said page burst itself into flame causing the masters of the mystic art to stand up and construct their different eldritch arsenal, ready for any possible attack or battle to happen.

The remaining unburned sheet, however, settled itself for the 'Ancient One' to see, enabling her to examine its last content, giving the 'Ancient One' a look of familiarity as she read the word that had been fully charred to ashes.
