The legendary ice guardian. She sat in contemplation when she heard Alex reply. One would not find a legendary beast in one's whole life, and here this boy was playing with her. She knew she didn't have much life force remaining, and she would die. All her hope had already vanished when she failed to devour Alex. She was responsible for her present.

Alex standing near the beast was surprised that she would give her essence. The essence is one of the most precious treasures that can only be obtained in 1 out of 1000000 chances for anyone as what was so special. Essence is itself which contains the law of the creature and every beast body out there has a different law but the essence can only be found in very high rank or very special beasts. As for what essence can provide the abilities it is a kind of booster for anyone who has a chance to reach a higher potential it helps thereachnd some essence which eveboostsst potential.
These Abilities depend on the user himself if someone has stra ong body then it can make them metal body and is random. Some essences can even alter this in a way that provides the abilities same as when it was in its previous form.
There are only two ways in which one can obtain these one being if one gives it willingly which is also kind of a suicide and the is dark which is forcefully extracted from one and it where the obtanied essence is either damaged or of low quality.it is developed by scientist which is under research. But in both cases, the one who provides essence dies so it's impossible to obtain these as no one wants to give up on their life.
Alex didn't reply straight instead after a few thoughts which were in his favor he agreed by only nodding to Serphenia. Serphenia who was waiting for Answer finally set out a smirk. But sensing her surroundings she didn't waste she said as a warning to Alex" Boy you will have to leave soon there will be here to obtain my body essence. Those filthy sky vermins should not even get to see my dead body. Before that boy, you will have to jump into the lake to obtain the qualification to obtain my essence. Because it is of no use if you die with essence my child will die with you."
Alex got to know what was the smrik for and also he to know about that beast do abuse. Alex knows nothing is free also he wants to know about his limits. This will be the third time when Alex looks for death.

Alex jumped into the cold crystal lake slowly he dived into it
" so it is the actual source of all light" A small crystal with a small egg creature was in their vision Alex did not feel cold or anything but his body inside was reacting to eat even anthemia is not a simple it not only goes with emotion but he doesn't feel anything even on his skin.
Alex didnt find it hard to dive and reach the end immediately Alex touched the crystal and decided to bring it with him but as he touched the crystal Alex went out of breath and lost the shinny crystal which again fell into it same place.
Alex went to the surface to catch his breath where he saw the surprised face of Seraphina who was confused about what was happening she was able to see on Alex's skin which was covered with ice he was freezed and showed no emotion. He dived deep again but this time with a silver cube leaving Serphina who was on her last breath to think about him. As he reached again near the surface he first picked up the large egg and tried to keep it in a cube but it didn't leaving Alex with a solution to a doubt. Alex then picked up the crystal kept kept it inside to his surprise it went in and the the lake lost all light and became dark only light source was the cave entrance and the surface of the lake.
Alex picked up the egg, cradling it gently in his hands. With the egg securely in his grasp, Alex turned and left the lake. As he appeared Serphenia faced Egg with gentle warmness then she faced Alex her face was pale. She was not in motion where she could move she spoke with a gentleness in her voice " Boy my child's fate lays in the hands of you. You should mark it with your blood so it can know it as your guardian. "
Slowly her eyes closed Alex moved closer as he kept his hand on her head slowly her body dissipated leaving 2 soft feathers that slowly fell touching the ground.
Alex now left with an egg and a feather he picked the feather and kept it in the silver cube. He performed the same method with a small prick a drop of blood fell on the egg making it known Alex's presence.
Alex left with one thought now where to keep this blue egg and several small icelets stuck to it. Alex took his gathered clothes and made a sac wrapped it around the egg and stuck it on his back knotting it tightly like a seatbelt.
Alex left not knowing what changes had taken place in the whole forest because of his actions.
