Violetwall Town
C-Dome
He looked at the picture once more and back at Clancy "I worked on her once but failed," he remembered and looked at Clancy with disbelieve "the lady you're looking for has been dead for thirty years!" He exploded putting Clancy in an endless thought of suspense.
Clancy gleamed more than thrice staring around thinking he heard wrong, he looked back at Lloyd and scoffed decently "That's impossible, i recognise undead when i see one." He said.
Lloyd snugged "Maybe she's not an undead then, perhaps something worst!"
Clancy had a certain gaze on his face as his eyes searched through his room like a mirror, he couldn't visibly digest what Lloyd said but he suspected he's right. He knew every single details of vampirism and other gothic certainties on the planet but none of what he knew read out about death before deformity or becoming a creature of the hidden world. Truly, in basic mythologies, vampires and most creatures often die before emergence but none of that applies in the hidden world. For a creature to be reborn as a creature of the night or an appalling creature, it would either be by birth or by transformation which simply means the transfusion of blood entirely.
He looked back at Lloyd mystified, his eyes contesting but he just shrugged the skepticism off his face promptly "Did you know where she was buried?" He implored.
Lloyd chuckled walking out of the room with his head dropped in laughter. Clancy walked behind him as they both strode down the staircase and into the living room. Aaron, Logan, Douglas, Chiang and Amelia stood in the middle of the room awaiting their arrival. It was conspicuous on their faces they heard everything the duo had talked about, undoubtedly. They all have super hearings that could hear beyond the perception of humanity, even the slightest creeping of ants could be heard by them.
"So, where is she?" Amelia asked. She was the frigid one amongst the team, so beautiful and adamant. Her arms were crossed on her shoulder as she interviewed coldly.
Clancy swiveled his gazed off her and at Lloyd "Talk to me, I need to know where she was buried." He declared.
Lloyd hummed and looked at them "It has been long Clancy, i don't think I'll be able to recognize her grave if i see it but i know she was buried in the Violet wall cemetery." He answered.
Clancy thought "Off city? Who would bury a corpse off city skirt?" He asked himself.
Something's not right and Clancy could perceive that. Although, truth be told, there resides a cemetery off the city zone but it has been abandoned for decades. Many even believed the land to be cursed by witches and wizards due to a war that materialized against some creatures known as Zompires. Zompires are the real undead, combination of vampires and zombies, said to be extremely irritable and dangerous. So, to prevent them from fleeing beyond the borders of the cemetery, the witches and wizards sealed the cemetery off the shore of the city. To many, it's just a graveyard but to enlightened exceptionals, it's a prison.
"We can't go there, we all know what might happen if we step our feets into the cemetery." Aaron cut in rapidly which attracted Clancy attentively "literal death!" He added.
Before Clancy could talk, Amelia cut in "You're right and wrong, we have no other choice. It's our duty to bear the risk of whatever happens out there."
Aaron argued aggressively "By dying? C'mon, these Zompires are a lot stronger than werewolves and werewolves are stronger than vampires, to kill one would be a huge difficulty not to talk of walking into their den occupying hundreds if not thousands."
Douglas corresponded with Aaron "He's right Amelia, we can't risk our lives for the survivabilities of the Councils. We have to think this through."
Chiang was just mute, listening like a deaf man while caressing his short dagger with his right hand.
Clancy nodded profusely to their controversies, he stood beside Lloyd and thought sluggishly. He looked back at them and back at Lloyd even though the old man knows nothing about what they were disagreeing about.
"We are going!" Clancy ordered and they looked at him horrified.
Sure they should be! Clancy as believed is the weakest amongst all races in the hidden world to be categorized according to powers and authorities but he still ascertained to be a pain and fear in the hidden world itself. He's like a resilient half vampire granted the opportunity of death but resisted.
"What did you just say?" Aaron asked causally which made Lloyd cut in simultaneously.
"Was about to ask that either, what did you just say?" Lloyd asked Clancy.
Clancy looked at them "I said we are going!" He answered back.
The laughed except Amelia, she was dumbstrucked by the Dhampir's determination. She was amazed by his adamant and differentiated mind, she wasn't really expecting such enthusiasm from a Dhampir.
"Are you crazy? We have no idea what we are dealing with dhampir, it could be something worst." Logan burst out.
"Worst than the Councils?" Clancy asked and they toned down, his face was searching through their faces "No, she's not!" He answered before walking towards them.
The team was extremely nonplused and angered except Amelia, Clancy's influence over them was the support of the Councils or they wouldn't have taken orders from him. To them, he was a dictator but worst. An average human would run away from death but he would instead run after it.
"I need to tell you something Clancy!" Lloyd shouted but Clancy couldn't wait, he just waved his arms and walks off like a ghost.
Relentlessly, the team grunted and walked out immediately Amelia tagged behind Clancy.
"I can believe we are actually doing these!" Was what Aaron said before shutting the door behind with a loud grudge.

Pacific Ocean
Middle Ocean East
William's Ship
In the middle of the blue Ocean was a large white ship, it was so huge it stature covered most region of the eastern ocean. It has an helicopter docked above it with some other cars parked within it jurisdiction. Men dressed in black suits walked around armed with guns and swords parading shrouded areas of the ship.
In the ship, within the royal chamber, it was glaring with attraction. The floor was neatly cleaned shining red enchantments, the room itself was neatly arranged with three white sofas arranged in box shape before a hung tv at the end of the room.
He sat on the sofa thoughtfully with a glass cup of wine in his left hand, he stared at the tv with his mind imagining and preoccupied. He couldn't clear his thoughts but he could rely on the thoughts to keep his dreams going. Before him was a spherical table occupying a wine, two more cups and a cellphone.
Beside him, a man walked in and grunted disturbingly "Sir, we have some news correlating to the Councils latest motives." The man said.
The man seated on the sofa wasn't disturbed, he just sat still lost in thought.
"They are recently on the pursue a girl known only to them." The reporter muttered and the man laughed "But they stated her to be powerful and forbidden."
He man couldn't stop laughing "They can't control Kudlak's daughter, they can't control her. She's one of a kind, the only Nelapsi in the world. She's uncontrollable." The man said "and who would think of going against an evil as great as the Councils themself?" He asked thoughtfully.
"A dhampir!" The reporter responded.
This caught the man's scrutiny and he immediately dropped his cup on the table then rose on his feet. He was neatly dressed in white spotless suit, red tie, golden wrist watch and black polished shoes. He had black jet hair and grey shining eyes, he was the perfect William the first. One of the respected council of the hidden world.
"A dhampir to kill a Nelapsi! Smart, killing two birds with one stone. Interesting i'd give them that." William narrated under his breath "There exist a dhampir?" He asked again doubting his knowledge.
"Yes sir, just one in the world." The reporter replied.
William thought again. He knew both the dhampir and nelapsi been the only species of different rare lineage in the world to not be controlled, the Councils would either kill them against each other or have them executed by themselves. The Dhampir and nelapsi are very rare creatures in both the hidden and the known world, if the Councils realize they wouldn't be able to control them, they would have them executed. Still thinking of it, William walked towards the reporter. He knew how effective a dhampir and nelapsi could be to the Councils but he does not know a lot about the dhampir but the nelapsi, he knows a lot about her.
"Can you tell me more about these Dhampir?" William asked.
"What did you want to know sir?"
"Everything about him!" William answered.
"Not enough is known about him my Lord but we know he's on his way to finding the nelapsi right now. We could get him here physically if you don't mind."
William cut in "not dead but alive in full flesh and blood." He smiled "Finally, with him, we should be able to take down the councils once and free my father from his shackles." He added mindfully. He looked at the reporter and lowered his gaze "Find these dhampir and bring him to me as soon as possible. Don't leave the nelapsi behind either, bring them both."
"Gotten my lord!" The man pledged his chest and walked out in a brisk.
Relaxed, finally with a solution to his thoughts, William walked back to his sofa to finalize his wine. There was a reason he left the Councils off power and fled in the middle of the Pacific just to attain freedom. They could find him anytime they want but he knew they won't, they would never leave their statue of power into the open world without validated precautions. Since they won't bring the battle to him, he then would bring the battle to them and crumble them back to the abyss they belong.
