April 1955
It was a gloomy, rainy day in the forests of Mount Fuji in the heart of Japan. The weather was unusually cooler at this time of the year. Due to its current weather condition, the surrounding area looked jaded. The animals were hiding in their shelters, while the plants thrive, and the rainfall filled their many lakes.
While it was generally ordinary from the outside, however there's an unusual sight in form of a warehouse that looks abandoned.
It was covered in moss, vines, and rust from the weathering. Some parts of the building have fallen off over the years of neglect, now lying on the ground, became part of nature. The windows were covered in dust, some broken into pieces. The side door is slightly open to hear a voice that is barely audible.
"Finally."
In the interior of the building, it was nothing but a dirty concrete floor that has some vegetation growing through the cracks. They are also pillars of aged, rusted steel pillars that are connected to equally rough-conditioned girders hugging the ceiling.
It houses some of the rusted equipment. It was a huge, dark room with windows as the only light source. The only sound that is heard, is the echoing of rain droplets colliding with the roof.
But, there was a separate room with no windows. There's a bluish light shining from underneath the door. We hear the same voice as before but much clearer.
"Finally!"
We enter the room; comparing to the rest of the building, it was tiny. It's filled to the brim with scientific equipment, scattering of papers, folders, and a bunch of computers surrounding the room. They all sat on a series of wooden tables that were hastily put together.
All the screens were emitting that blue hue light that lit the room. At the center, it's a beaker with a glowing blue liquid sitting on the podium.
We hear loud footsteps then a hand covered in shadow grabbed the beaker. The glow shined on the hand, it seemed to be pale, wrinkly, and malnourished.
"It's finally done. After all of these years of suffering; I've finally completed it!" Said a raspy voice, full of excitement. He brought it closer to his face, showing it clearly from the light. His face is full of wrinkly skin with eyes that are barely open and a lack of hair on his head. He wears black round glasses.
He set it next to the keyboard of one of the computers. On the monitor, it was a copy of one of the documents for the project named "Reberuappu".

I sat on a wooden chair, typing away on one of my computers about the details of my personal work. While it is not the most comforting thing; it gets the job done nonetheless.
I've been on this project since god knows how long. From when I was born, I was blessed with an above-average intelligence. I was one of the scientists working for the Japanese government. However, my life would change when I begin to notice these black creatures that roam on this planet. From what I observed, nobody has seem to notice these things, so at first, I thought I was going insane due to my overabundance of work. However as time goes on, I began to think that I wasn't going crazy; I began to accept the reality that I was seeing supernatural things. Other times, I see other things like ordinary ghosts and those people wearing black kimonos, wielding a Katana. From what I've seen, they hunt down those black creatures.
Naturally, my curiosity fuels me to know more about what they are exactly. So, I begin to observe the creatures. From what I gather, they are fucking dangerous. I witnessed that they ate one of the ghosts. It began to worry me that they may become a threat to the human race one day, so that's why I started this project.
This damn project costed me my job, my family, my house, everything. People thought I was crazy for believing what they considered fairy tales.
I escaped into this abandoned warehouse to hide from civilization and to finish what I started.
Once my hands stopped typing; I grabbed the beaker, put it close to my mouth, readying myself for consumption.
"With this liquid, I will gain enough power to destroy these creatures." I clarified as I tilted it, but then I heard a loud screeching noise that made me jump, almost spilling the contents.
My mind was immediately in panic mode; the first thing I did was dashing toward my safe. I kneeled next to it when I felt a sudden rumble from the ground, then I heard a sudden loud crash from a short distance. I hastily turned the knob for the right combination. The door unlocked and I quickly put my work inside of it, slamming it shut.
Another loud crashing noise occurred, but this time the roof collapsed. I got under the table and took cover with my hands covering my head. After what felt like an eternity, it went quiet.
I cautiously got myself up, witnessing the destruction of my laboratory. It left a bunch of debris scattering throughout the room. Some of my equipment were destroyed from the impact, few of my computers were crushed beyond repair, and few of my tables were smashed into multiple pieces.
I looked at the center of my lab to see a giant furry black arm with boney white claws. It lifted its arm out, leaving light from the outside to completely shine my lab. A bunch of rain started coming in from this newly created hole. I ran towards the hole, curious to see what was out there.
Once, I got there, I looked up, covering my face from the downpour. It was nothing out of the ordinary. I shrugged it off, about to clean the damage, that's when all of the sudden the light suddenly went pitch black. I looked up again to see a thing that made my eyes widen in shock and fear.
It was a boney mask that is shaped like a bear with red glowing eyes, staring into my soul.
"Oh my god!" I screamed at the top of my lungs.
Then the last thing I see is the monster opening its jaw, launching towards me, then...
"Crunch"
