"Just like Stan, I was worried about you," Thomas started. He strapped the seatbelt on despite Dominic's chilly gaze was enough to tell him that he wanted him gone from his car immediately.
"Compared to Stan's favour, my desire to confirm for myself that you were ok was greater and that was why I drove here instead of going home," Thomas said a bit seriously.
He took a careful look at the guy whose cold expression had turned friendly.
"I indeed locked myself up in the mansion for a while with no access to the outside world but that doesn't mean I can't navigate my way around..."
"Like you said you haven't been out here for a long time, so you should definitely understand where our worries come from right?" Thomas interrupted. He kept on staring at Dominic as if he could tell all he did that night by merely looking at his face.
"I am relieved to see that you are ok..." Thomas paused what he wanted to say and drew closer to Dominic without giving him a heads-up.
