"I said it was because of love. I had eyes for only him because I was madly in love with him and we are this happy together because of our feelings for each other," Giavanna spoke with a squeezed face as if she had a sour fruit in her mouth.
"Happy?" Tristan scoffed unaware that he had voiced out his thoughts.
"I beg your pardon!" Giavanna frowned upon Tristan's statement.
"Let's imagine you and your husband had misunderstandings because of this and ended up divorcing. Will you fall in love again and marry for love?" Tristan was smart enough to change the subject instead of repeating his earlier remark.
"My husband and I are doing perfectly fine…"
"That is why I said you should imagine it. It doesn't mean that the two of you will get divorced," Tristan decided to play along with her little act knowing too well that nothing good would come out of letting her know that he was aware of her current relationship with her husband.
