"After Seth's incident those old fools are looking for opportunities to fault me, do you want me to give them a reason to doubt my competence?" Xander asked before he stomped out of the office leaving only the angry Eve in the room alone.
"Without her around, Xand and I were doing perfectly fine. We were doing so great that it was just a few days to our engagement but everything went downhill as soon as she returned," Eve muttered her deadly glares shot at the glass walls as if she could see Giavanna from where she stood.
"After she came back Xand and I fought often. She is always the reason for our misunderstandings. Giavanna is only a lady who is bound to die from her sickness any moment from now. For how long do I have to put up with that cursed sick woman?" Eve yelled. Veins popped out of her forehead as she ran her ten fingers through her well-styled hair.
