After those five days of travel , we finally arrived at Lorraine, when Marie told me that the walls of this city were big, I didn't think they were this big !
I think monsters raiding this city is impossible.
The walls were made of grey bricks and we could see the top of a castle above the walls.
There was a lot of Guards in armor dispatched on the walls, I tried appraising them, they were around level 300. I mean they must be at least this strong to resist attacks from monsters.
The carriage stopped and a guard approached.
"Follow us, we will inspect you."
"They starting searching for things and guided us to a room in the walls. There was a crystal that would appraise us to see if we are not demons. At least that's what they said.

So we got into Lorraine. The Houses looked the same for now. Grey Houses with a bit of wood and. seems like we are in the commoners part.
Normal person were around level 30 to 60. There were quite a few beast men too. Really weird to see a person with dog ears. it seems there multiple types of beast men as the ones who lock like humanoid animals and humans with animal features.
The adventurers were among the level of 110 to 300. The highest I've seen is 413.
As we continued to walk and asking for the way to the guild we arrived there. It was quite the big building.
We entered by the bug wooden door. There were quite a few elves. Definitely as beautiful as they are rumored to be. I approached the guild counter; there quite a few stares too because of Sarah.
"Hi, we would like to register to the adventurer skill."
"Okay, please wait a few minutes."
She came back and handed us papers so we would write our names.
"Can you follow me, we will check your level and skills.
As usual, I concealed my status and showed them only what I wanted them to see.
It was when Sarah did it that they were truly amazed.

After that , she explained the ranks of adventurers. There were ranks.
F-rank, E-rank, D-rank, C-rank, B-rank, A-rank, S-rank and SS-rank
There are only 10 SS-rank adventurers in this continent.
My purpose in being an adventurer is that it's easy to gain big requests from people. They have a lot of fame and connections.
As we were getting out after selecting a quest of Goblin subjugation as we are only F-rank, A group of Silver adventurers stopped us. They were 7.

The moment he turned his head, I sent him flying destroying the wall with my slap.

And I did the same with the 6 others.
"Sarah, let's go."

In the way, I saw a few merchants and the so called "slave traders",They were all fat and rude, guess the cliche about them isn't wrong.

We were going to plains to the east from the city, There was a lake and a forest near it. Seems like forests are abundant in this region.

I already knew it but we are in the country of Gilbarn. We were in the south and it seems the capital is called Barn which is in the center. gilbarn has 3 neighbors as the Country of Illain in the south, which is the country with deserts, the country of Shull, and the country of Shia.
I will discover all this world one at a time. So the deserts where I had gone was the country of Illain.
