Year- 72 galactic year.
A galactic year is a new measurement in place of a year used collectively by all the civilizations in the milky way galaxy. Humans have been developing technologies for thousands of Earth years. It was the Earth year 2067 when humans were able to develop a controlled nuclear fusion reaction to generate electricity and other energy-consuming tech. After the development of this new energy source, humans started another round of rapid development in technology.
The earth year 2100 --- the First city on Mars was made fully functional.
Earth year 2130--- 3rd world war broke out and the place of this war was Mars.
Earth year 2137 --- Human Council formed and they revealed to the world that they found traces of other civilizations which made the whole world go crazy.
Earth year 3000 -- Humans have spread all over the solar system.
Earth year 3005--- Humans came in contact with the first alien civilization. As a more developed civilization then human jors(the name of the alien race) have achieved great improvement in every aspect. They have very advanced governmental system and technology to stop some crime even before it happens. After some negotiation, humans got a lot of information about various races in the milky way galaxy and other technology that is the norm in the galaxy.

No civilization has been able to go to another galaxy. The reason for all this is the lack of technology related to space. None of the civilizations is able to create technology like a wormhole or space jump or teleportation.
After humans came in contact with other races their technology started yet another boon. Now is the galactic year 72 and Earth year - 20,102. Humans have a population of 1.11 trillion and have 5,767 star-system under them. They are the 2nd most powerful race in the milky way galaxy or the origin galaxy called by every other civilization.
Planet 'Beles' under the human territory in the city of Bremil, there used to live a tall 6'3" White skin black haired middle-aged man named Ritvik who just died due to a flying object that fall on him. The flying object was a vehicle that was flying 1,000 meters above sea level but it fell due to some accident. Such vehicle is a common method of public transport during this era.

No one knows that this death was just the beginning of a great change that was going to take place in a land far far away. That land is so far that even if someone develops technology related to space, they could still not be able to reach that place.

Ritvik was an ordinary middle-aged man with a slightly better Iq. He used to work in the space military and was on vacation. He was unmarried and had no relatives as his parents died a few years ago due to natural causes.
