Chereads / Reborn in Elvish Royalty / Chapter 2 - Chapter 1

Chapter 2 - Chapter 1

'Where am I, why do I feel so weak'

'Why can't I move freely, did the transfer fail, shit this is bad, after all the preparations I made to get the materials to reincarnate into the perfect body to hold my soul'

'well complaining won't do me any good why don't I check the situation I'm in first'

'oh I see, It seems I was reincarnated into a child body, oh well maybe this is for the best,"

' Let me check if my I can use the powers of my previous life'

'Oh nice I can feel nether and aether, it seems this body is compatible with both aether and nether, but it seems I can only generate a small amount, this seems like a nice starting point in my new life'

As Arthur kept soliloquizing about his new body, he felt a tug on arm.

As he looked up to see who it was he saw a blonde beauty,

The beauty who appeared to be in her late twenties and looking at her face it was clear she was an otherworldly beauty and displayed a somewhat grateful appearance along with sharp features that perfectly showcased the mature charm radiating from her.

One thing Arthur noticed was that she had pointy ears, he tried recollecting were he had seen of such then it clicked "An elf", from what he had studied and those he had interacted with he came to conclusion that.

Elves are slender and graceful beings with pointed ears that taper to a delicate point. They have long, slender limbs and are typically shorter than humans, standing between 4 and 5 feet tall. Their skin is pale and smooth, often with a slight iridescence that gives them an ethereal glow. Their eyes are large and bright, with colors ranging from vibrant greens to deep blues and purples.

Elves have a natural connection to the magical energies of the world, and are skilled in manipulating them to their will. They often have a special affinity for the natural world, with the ability to communicate with plants and animals and to draw power from the land itself. Their powers are often tied to the seasons and the cycles of nature, with different abilities manifesting depending on the time of year.

Elves are highly intelligent and wise, with a deep understanding of the mysteries of the universe. They are often guardians of ancient knowledge and powerful artifacts, and are highly respected by other races for their wisdom and insight.

In battle, elves are fierce and agile warriors, using their speed and dexterity to outmaneuver their opponents. They are often skilled archers, able to fire arrows with deadly accuracy even while on the move. Despite their small size, elves are incredibly strong and can hold their own against much larger foes.

Overall, elves are mystical and enchanting creatures, embodying the beauty and magic of the natural world.

As Arthur was Reminiscing about his past memories, The beauty said something.

Arthur tried to understand what she was saying, all to no avail, he tried casting a language conversion, which worked as he had to supplement his aether with those found in nature using a technique since he did not have the necessary aether to to create a rune circle, he drained.

'What an headache I only used a beginner 1 spell and I'm already worn out'

The beauty quickly reached out to Arthur check what was wrong, gentle placed him on her lap, and sang him a lullaby.

Although Arthur could understand the lullaby, he could not quite grab the meaning, he felt relaxed in the warm embrace of the beauty.

The elf beauty gazed down at the tiny infant cradled in her arms. His eyes were wide and alert, and even though he had only just been born, there was a sense of awareness about him that was almost unnerving.

"Welcome to the world, my little one," she whispered, brushing a lock of hair away from his forehead. The baby blinked up at her, as if recognizing her voice.

As the mother held him, she felt a strange sense of familiarity. It was as if she had known this child before, in another life. She couldn't explain the feeling, but it was strong and undeniable.

The baby's tiny fingers curled around her own, and she felt a jolt of recognition. She knew those fingers, had seen them before.

Suddenly, a flood of memories rushed over her, memories of a past life where she had held this child before. The memories were jumbled and fragmented, but they were real and vivid.

The mother looked down at the infant in wonder. He had reincarnated, with his past memories intact. It was a rare and unusual gift, one that only a few elves ever experienced.

"Hello again," she whispered, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks. "I've missed you so much."

The baby looked up at her, his expression curious and alert. He seemed to understand her words, even though he was barely minutes old.

The mother cradled him close, feeling a sense of peace and contentment that she had never experienced before. With her son in her arms, she knew that anything was possible, that the world was full of wonder and magic.

As the baby drifted off to sleep, his tiny hand still clasping hers, the mother knew that their bond was unbreakable. She would protect him, guide him, and cherish him always, for they were meant to be together, in this life and the next.

The mother gently rocked the baby back and forth, humming a soft tune. She felt a deep sense of gratitude for this second chance, for the opportunity to raise her son once again.

As she held him, memories of their past life together continued to flood her mind. She remembered the pain she went through to birth him.

She also remembered the pain of losing him, the heartbreak that had nearly consumed her. But now, with him in her arms once again, she felt a sense of healing and renewal.

The baby stirred in his sleep, and the mother smiled down at him. She knew that he would have a special destiny, one that would be shaped by the experiences of his past life.

She wondered what adventures lay ahead for them, what challenges they would face, what lessons they would learn.

But for now, all that mattered was this moment, this quiet, peaceful moment between a mother and her newborn son, who had come into the world with a sense of purpose and a connection to the past.

The mother held him close, breathing in the sweet scent of his newborn skin. She felt a sense of wonder and awe at the magic of life, at the power of love, and at the mysteries of reincarnation.

She knew that she would never forget this moment, that it would be etched in her memory forever. For in this moment, she had been given a precious gift, a chance to love and be loved, to connect with her child in a way that transcended time and space.

And so, she held him close, feeling a sense of joy and gratitude that she could hardly put into words. For in this moment, she knew that all was right with the world, and that their bond would endure, no matter what the future held.

The mother looked up as the door to her chamber opened, revealing the figure of her husband. He had been away on a journey, and had just returned to their home.

"Welcome back," she said, smiling up at him.

But her husband's eyes were fixed on the baby in her arms.

"His he asleep" he asked, his voice tinged with uncertainty.

"Yes he is" she said,

The mother hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to explain what had happened. But then, she took a deep breath and began to speak.

About how she could feel a connection with the child on how he was her child in a previous life after all as a power house and royalty who was in tuned with the world tree she could feel life.

Her husband stared at her in disbelief, but then he looked down at the baby and something shifted in his expression. He reached out and touched the baby's tiny hand, and the baby's eyes opened, looking up at him and smiled

Her husband reached out to the child, stroked his head with gentle fingers and smiled back at the child.

The mother smiled at him, feeling a sense of relief that he understood. She knew that it was difficult to explain something so miraculous, something that defied the laws of nature.

But as she watched her husband holding their son, tears streaming down his face, she knew that they would face whatever challenges lay ahead, together.

For they were a family, bound by love, and by the mysteries of reincarnation. And they would cherish this moment, this reunion, forever.

After a while the husband and wife pair left the chambers, leaving a partially sleeping Arthur who had heard all the conversations between his mother and father.

He felt conflicted after in his previous life he was an orphan, from what the priest had told him from the orphanage was that he was found in a basket near by a river bank.

He tried Picturing a scenery on why or what could have happened for him to be found in a basket, but couldn't understand.

All that was left was to ask the person who could shed light on what happened.
