Without waiting a second Sync immediately resumed his attack on Rene.
Sync rushed in a straight line toward him. Seeing this Rene immediately swung his battle-ax horizontally. At the same time, he activated a skill.

Sure enough, the slash struck Sync's belly and sent him flying backward.
"Urghh!? Sync grunted as he held his belly. The pain was there from the strike, but he was more curious about where the strike came from.
