*A week later*
Rene watched as the guardian serpent and the dark tribe faced off. Although the atmosphere was tense they didn't start fighting immediately.
"Just as I expected from you ungrateful bastards. You are going to betray the person that protected you all this while uhhnn." The serpent said as he looked around cautiously.
"Don't act all righteous like you aren't here to keep an eye on us." The leader of the dark tribe retorted.
The serpent tried to play dumb but before he could talk the dark tribe leader cut him off.
"Don't pretend like you don't know what I am saying, we have been intercepting all the messages you sent to the Fyn Empire for a while now."
Seeing that his ruse was up, the serpent switched his attitude.
"So you really think you can take me on with such measly strength."
"We will see about that." The Dark tribe leader said to the serpent before turning to his tribe, "Everyone getting into attack formation."
