"Yeah I am?" I said in confusion.
"Puff asked me to teach you about magic," They said.
"WAIT I GET TO LEARN ABOUT MAGIC!?" I squealed.
"Yasu came to pick up your passport at the front desk," someone said over the intercom.
My passport was a bright white with a dark red gem beside my name.
"So you wanna learn what magic is?" the strange woman asked.
...
So what I learned from what she said is most magics are based on elements on the periodic table but around five percent of people have a special magic at birth which can be compounds, materials, ideas, etc.
I also learned that you are not confined to the magic you have at birth but the magic you have at birth will be much easier to learn and will be much stronger than any other magic you learn.
I also found out that magic's strength is based on a rating system there is no max for the rating you can get but getting a higher rating will become harder the higher your rating is, you are also born with a rating based on your parent's rating.
I learned I have a rating of 6.2 and have been assigned water magic which is a special magic.
