"Fuck!!!" Dragon panted for air after venting out his anger at the steering wheel. He tried taking control of the car but to no avail. Their vehicle was driving on its own. Considering Joker was behind it, Dragon knew it was impossible to take control over something he already had full authority.
"Fucking Joker," he breathed out, glancing at the rearview mirror when he heard a light chuckle.
Hera was still holding on to her stomach, leaning against the door of the backseat. Her lips were curled up, eyes glinting with mockery.
"You're not getting away, Dragon," she ridiculed. "You know them better than anyone. Once they set their eyes on something or someone, even a miracle won't be enough to stop them."
Dragon ground his teeth, looking away from the rearview mirror.
"Dragon…" Hera grunted as she dragged herself up. "You should stop. There's nowhere in this world they won't find you."
"Shut up!"
"Even in hell, they would follow you."
