Heaven… or rather, Hera would be a goner if she just looked at one angle. Although she was certain and relieved Andrea was working alone, she couldn't shrug off the feeling someone else was involved. It didn't mean directly involved, but someone who had fanned the flames and poured gasoline into the dying flame of vengeance in Andrea's heart.
Fortunately, Hera would always be Hera.
And she was used to creating messes and cleaning them up sparkly clean.
"Are you okay?"
Heaven raised her brows as she turned her head, treading carefully to the exit of the facility. "Huh?"
"Are you okay?" Dominic repeated his question, intrigued. "What did you and that person talk about? You've been silent since."
"Well." Heaven forced a smile as she playfully hooked her arm around his. "She apologized, and I forgave her."
Dominic frowned. "That easy?"
