"I didn't say she's Yangyang. What I mean is that something's not right with her," Cao Cuo corrected, frowning.
"Anyone with a brain can see something's off. Only Shen Qin, in her ignorance, would mistake someone with that skin for Yangyang," Gu Jin said, noticing that Feng Jue hadn't replied to his messages and seemed in a bad mood.
Gu Jin turned to Feng Jue. "Did you feel anything when you saw the face in the surveillance footage?"
Feng Jue admitted he had felt the same unease. He even suspected that his sister had used that body before.
Feng Jue sneered. "So what if there is? If my sister's body now hosts another consciousness, it's possible that this body might have had a different one before. Or maybe it's the original consciousness of the body. After all, this body didn't originally belong to my sister, right?"
Gu Jin and Cao Cuo nodded in agreement.
