"The strength of most existences aren't consistent. A First Order can defeat a Second Order. But a Second Order can also defeat a First Order. After all, those only improved the physical attributes and existential attributes of a mortal."
"But one thing is certain. The life level of a mortal increases as his order of power increases. The life level of a Ninth Order is naturally higher than an Eighth Order."
"The definition of life levels is quite vague as it depends from one person to another. But, the lifespan of a Second Order is higher than a First Order. Not to mention, every breakthrough from one order to another, their overall attributes increases."
"So even if someone trained their physical strength instead of endurance, their endurance would still increase as long as their order increases."
After Amelia finished her explanation, Brandon already knew about the power rankings of the universe since Amelia explained it to him further about it which lasted for several more minutes.
Because of that, Brandon asked Amelia out of curiosity. "How strong is the Alice Gustav, the Primordial of Sin?"
When Brandon asked that question, Amelia pondered for a while before replying. "From my estimations, her life level is at Eighth Order."
"But don't get your hopes up, there is a possibility that her power is higher than my estimations since she didn't release all of her power, making it difficult for me to know about her power."
"But I am certain that Alice Gustav is only at Ninth Order at most. But with how powerful her Primordial Providence is, she might be able to defeat or tie with a Demigod in combat."
Even when Brandon heard that his resolve of becoming stronger didn't waver. Out of curiosity again, Brandon asked. "So how strong were you, Amelia?"
"After all, you did say to me that you were formerly a princess of an empire in another world before you became the artifact spirit of the Primordial Spear."
Amelia had already told Brandon about her identity and the life she had before her physical body died and was forced to integrate with the Primordial Spear.
Amelia was the first wielder of the Primordial Spear but because she was reduced to being the artifact spirit of the Primordial Spear, she no longer treated herself as a wielder of the Primordial Spear and hailed Brandon as the first wielder instead.
Brandon didn't care much about who was the first wielder of the Primordial Spear but he was curious about how powerful Amelia was before she became the artifact spirit of the Primordial Spear.
Since she didn't want to keep secrets from Brandon, Amelia answered Brandon's question. "Before my physical body was obliterated, I was at God rank."
"I was besieged by countless demigods and gods when I discovered the Primordial Spear. I was a demigod at that time and the Primordial Spear had already recognized me as its wielder."
"Unfortunately, even after I forcefully ascended from Demigod to God rank, I still couldn't defeat those demigods and gods who coveted the Primordial Spear. If not for already receiving the ownership of the Primordial Spear, I would have ceased to exist since the Primordial of Soul was one of the Gods who besieged me."
When Brandon listened to Amelia's predicament, he couldn't help but clench his fist in anger and helplessness. After making up his mind, Brandon asked again. "Do you want me to avenge you? I already treat you as my wife and I won't allow anyone who bullied my wife to exist in this universe!"
"I might be weak right now, but that isn't set in stone. I will eventually become stronger since I am the Primordial of Penetration! After I reach God rank, I swear that I will do whatever it takes to avenge and protect you, Amelia!"
With a resolute voice that didn't seem to be asking Amelia a question or choice, Brandon made up his mind to return the favor to Amelia by protecting her and slaying the demigods and gods who humiliated and forced her to die!
In response to Brandon's thirst for revenge, Amelia sighed. "You don't have to avenge me. I am already satisfied that I have passed on the Primordial Spear's ownership to a worthy person."
"Not to mention, I get to be with you and that is what matters the most. Of course, if they dared to harm you and covet the Primordial Spear, I will do my best to avenge you and kill them!"
This time, it was Amelia who vowed that she would protect Brandon.
Both Amelia and Brandon had already confirmed each other's feelings and it was to the extent that they would do everything they could just to protect each other!
Of course, even if one of them died, none of them were stupid enough to kill themselves to accompany the other in the afterlife. After all, as long as you are alive, there was hope.
And in this universe with countless Primordial Providences, Divinities, Authorities, and Magic Spells, resurrection was easy as long as even a strand of the soul was intact.
So Amelia and Brandon already knew that if one of them died and could no longer revive using the Primordial Spear, which was almost impossible to happen, they would still not resort to killing themselves but would do their best to resurrect the other.
In a universe filled with deceit and thirst for power, such love was enviable.
