Akira smiled; his no-confidence was somehow building up inside him. He knew they would not say anything, even if he asked them to show them to him or grab them. But to get that, he had to… ask.
Su looked at his face and asked, "Akira, why do you have blue eyes?"
"Huh?" Akira was caught off guard by the sudden question. "Blue eyes?" He didn't know how he even looked.
The girls exchanged strange looks, wondering why he kept repeating the same words.
"I-I don't know, I forgot," he said with a smile. How would he know why he got blue eyes or why he was dead when he woke up?
Those three understood that his situation was far worse than they thought; he forgot everything about himself too.
"So you only remembered your name?" Ivy asked.
"Yes"
"That's a problem," Ivy said. "Mother said you might regain your memories, but it doesn't seem likely."
"Is that so…" Akira agreed; he would be fine without this body's memories too, but getting them would be good too.
"But it's great that you're alive," Su said encouragingly. "Your family might be looking for you."
"Family…" Akira pondered this possibility. Could this body have a family out there somewhere?
"With your injuries, we know you were injured by a Beastkin. Only they cut necks and smash heads with rocks," Ivy said with a surprised expression.
"Beastkin?" Akira asked, puzzled. He had not come across any mention of beasts in his writing.
"Yes, they are half-human and half-beast," Su explained, her eyebrows raised.
"Oh…" Akira opened his mouth in surprise; he felt it was added by that thing who asked him to come to this world.
Emala was silent all the time as they chatting, she also wanted to say something, but her words didn't come out of her mouth.
"Anyway, you are alive, that is important, we can kill Beastkins all the time!" Ivy exclaimed as she stood up. She always wanted to go to war and kill those Beastkins, and her desire for war and violence was evident.
Akira didn't know how to respond to such a statement, so he chose to remain silent. He was someone who hated violence.
"Don't say that in front of Mom, she would beat you up, haha," Su warned Ivy with a chuckle.
"Sigh, don't say that…" Ivy slowly sat back as she heard about her mother.
"You also don't say anything about this to Mom; she despises Beastkins and Demons," Su said to Akira.
He thought for a second and nodded. He got to know one thing… he didn't come to a peaceful world like he wanted.
"Why does Aunt Mina hate them?" he asked. He also wanted to know about the Beastkins and Demons they just mentioned.
Su and the others glanced around to make sure no one was listening before leaning in close to Akira. "During the last Five Years War, my father was killed by Demons, and her best friend was killed by Beastkins," Su murmured.
Akira realized that such traumatic events could cause anyone to harbor feelings of hatred and vengeance towards them.
"Thank you for telling me," Akira said, closing his eyes. He didn't want to see the sweaty things in front of him. The dark side of him wanted to do bad things… but he could tell they were real people, not some objects.
And so they started chatting about something else. Akira understood a few things about this place he was in. As they were chatting, they could hear little moans from somewhere.
'What?' Akira could clearly hear moans. He stood up and looked around, just to find a couple outside the garden.
Ah~ AH~
He walked close to them and saw that they were doing it without worrying about anything. That guy was just blowing her back out without stopping for a second… and they look young?
'This sure is wonderful…' he thought in his mind, and he also wanted to do it.
"What is this… oh," Su and others came to look and were not surprised or anything.
Akira gathered his courage and asked them. "What are they doing?"
"You forgot this too?" Ivy started laughing.
"Don't make fun of him; this is called Jiaopei," Su said with a smile.
"Jiaopei…" Akira made a face like it was his first time seeing something.
Emala moved back, as she was shy to see the couple in front of them.
"You guys do this too?" he asked them.
Su and Ivy looked at him for a second and started laughing.
"No, Mother didn't allow anyone to have Jiaopei with us. So many guys came to us with many treasures. But Mom refused their request," Su said with a disappointed face.
"Indeed, if not back then, I would have had a baby with one of the strongest warriors in Western Land… but she didn't allow me," Ivy said she got a chance to have Jiaopei with one of the top warriors in the whole Western Land, but her mother didn't allow her.
Emala was silent. But he understood that with that much shyness, she should also have never performed Jiaopei.
"And since we passed 25, the chances of getting pregnant is very low, so no men even want to pay. Or even perform Jiaopei with us," Su said, as Ivy agreed with her.
"Why did Aunt Mina stop you from doing Jiaopei?" he asked as the couple in front of them finished their work, and that guy took a big purple color rock and gave it to her.
"She said, we are not ready for children… since the war is near."
"War?"
"Yes, Five Years War. It happens once every twenty years. So it is almost time for the war. And she doesn't want us to have babies and get killed on the battlefield." Ivy said she didn't hate her mother for stopping her or anything; after listening to why, she also understood why her mother was careful about them.
Since the thing in front of them ended, they started walking back.
"War… haa" Akira sighed. How could this happen?" He came to this world when it was time for the war itself? Was this a coincidence? Or… not?
