Roxanne POV
After pushing me to the ground they all laughed I decided to stand up but she held my hand .
"The stuff isla"She said.
Isla handed her a lipstick and she rubbed it not only on my lips but on my face. They all laughed because I couldn't do anything they brought out their phone and started to record.
"Hey Blackie say hi to the camera"They said
I ran away from the class and they all laughed as I ran away I bumped into someone I looked up to see Zach and Nick they seemed to be watching the video my eyes were teary now I ran away.
Zach pov
Nick and I were going to class when our phone beeped we brought out our phone to see a new video uploaded on the school website.
"The new school clown"Nick said as he laughed , Roxanne was being bullied by Sydney .
"Who needs mascots when you have this face"Nick said again laughing.
"I don't know why you're not laughing"He said and I looked at him .
"Dude it's really funny"he said
Someone bumped into me it was her she was actually crying her blue eyes were teary and I sincerely felt sorry for her. She ran away embarrassed, and I followed her .
"Zach !"Nick called me back but I didn't reply.
I stopped in front of the ladies hitting the door.
"Hey ! hey open the door"I said.
Roxanne POV.
I washed my face but it wasn't coming off what kind of make-up is this I cleaned my face but it was worse someone was banging the door the voice was very familiar i know that I couldn't stay in here forever even if I wanted to. I walked to the door and opened the door.
"Hey"Zach said calm. I didn't reply I bowed my head wanting to walk out but he held my hand and pulled me back he must really like doing that.
"Wait hold on"He said and pulled off his hoodie I looked at him strange he handed it over to me.
"Here wear it "He said.
I wonder why he's acting nice towards me I tried giving him back the hoodie but he walked away and I wore it back to the class on my way I met Xavion.
"Roxie who did this to you "He asked.
"N..no one"I said .
"How dare you say no one did this to you have you seen your face"He said.
"It's ok I don't want any kind of trouble"I said
"Isn't this Zach's hoodie"He said and I nodded.
"And you don't want any kind of trouble"He said.
he was actually making a point but I couldn't do or say anything.
"Come with me"He said dragging my hand.
We went to the parking lot .
"Put it off "He said.
"Uhn"I exclaimed.
"Put off the hoodie"He said and gave me a new hoodie.
"You can keep it"He said.
"Um ...thank you "I said and changed I wore the hoodie back to the class.
I went into the class bowing my head.
"Why are you bowing are you too ashamed to show your ugly face"A girl said and they laughed.Xavion walked in and sat down at the seat next to mine.
"He has started already"Some people whispered .
"Yeah that's right and no one touches her I would have reported you but I won't I'm giving you the last warning if I see your hands on her ..."Xavion said.
"What are you gonna to do"Kai said as he walked in.
Third person POV
"o my gosh it's Kai"They whispered.
"you know what Kai I promised myself not to talk to fools today"Xavion said and they all gasped .
"How dare..."Nick said wanting to beat him but Kai stopped him.
"Don't bother "Kai said .
Then the teacher walked in.
"Settle down "He said.
Kai sat down in the seat next to Roxanne .
He wrote a note to her , Roxanne collected it and opened the paper

Seeing this she squeezed the paper and threw it away .Kai sighed.
"What's wrong with her have I done that bad?"He thought.
After class.
Roxanne put her things in her bag and turned to go but Xavion called her back.
"Roxie where are you going to"He said.
"This is my only class for today"Roxanne said
"Are you really going to go out looking like that"He said.
"um..."Roxanne thought things through
"Here have this"He said giving her a nose mask ( 😷) .
"Thanks "She said.
"Come on I'll drop you off"He said
"no need "She said
"I won't take no for an answer "He said.
Kai clenched his fist in anger is Xavion doing this purposely does he want him to be angry?.
Kai stood up and left the class in anger .His phone rang and he checked his phone. it was his father, he picked up the call
"Meet me at Dr Briggs now" Mr Chambers said.
"There's no way I'm coming there "He said
"we need to talk if you don't come here this instant I promise to cancel all your cards"He said
"Like I care"He said
"Kai you have 30 minutes to get there or else not only will I cancel your cards you'll also move out of the house your living in"He said.
Kai hung up the call and threw the phone to the ground in anger.
"I hate him"he said beneath his breath.
Roxanne heart skipped when she saw Kai throw his phone away.
"is he ok"Roxanne thought.
"Come on Roxie"He said.
Roxanne and Xavion walked out and he drove her home.
"Bye"He said
"Bye"She said as she waved back at him.
Roxanne POV
After some hours I went to the bathroom and freshened up I changed into something more comfortable.
My next goal was to be able to speak to Mr Harry Thompson. I can't get too close to Zach even though his father is the owner of the company. There was only one way out stalk him or get his number from dad's cellphone.
I prepared lunch and ate my food as I watched TV.
I really never thought that acting tough will be so hard I decided to call Kayla and Anna for advice.
