CHAPTER 86
URIZEN RECEIVED A CALL from Albion, who wouldn't let him say anything, just listen to the order:
"I have a mission for you..."
He'd heard the details and this was the worst of all missions, he wouldn't have had the slightest idea how he was going to get into Vauxhall Cross unnoticed, his presence was too important and certainly not having notice was something that would draw attention.
Urizen saw the design and the order to do it.
An upside down sun?
"Leave your car unlocked and with the keys in the contact..."
He hung up and did as Albion told him, he just had no idea why.
VAUXHALL CROSS, was a fortress on the banks of the Thames and had many nicknames, the most fitting was, Gardens of Babylon on the Thames, as much as Urizen had been there dozens of times, he was always surprised by the grandeur of the place.
He entered the parking lot after saying who it was, it took a while, as the entire building was surrounded and there were express orders for no one to enter the fortress, but Urizen did as Albion had ordered.
— Sir, how can I help you?
— I want to speak with Andrew Summers, state matter.
— I don't think the Director will be able to see you today, I believe that...
— Then stop believing and announce it to me soon.
The man knew he couldn't question his orders, let alone call Summers at that time, it was the worst situation in the world.
Urizen watched the security man speak over the phone.
— He will receive you, it will have to be fast, because we have an emergency situation.
— Of course they are… that's what they're playing at 007 without being one.
VAUXHALL CROSS was deserted.
— What the hell is going on here? — he asked the security guard who was accompanying him.
— We have a bomb somewhere in the fortress, we had to evacuate the place.
— How long to detonate?
— Two hours, sir.
Albion achieved the impossible...
