Just like any science class he had a small mock test in the form of a paper with about 5 pages
Letting out a tired sigh he waited for the timer to begin before diving right in!
~1:30 hours later~
Alright class time is up! Pens down and pass your papers to the end of the table so I can collect them.
His teacher is an old woman with ash grey air and small stature brought upon by her haunched back. She was the epitome of an average teacher except her voice was like a person scratching on a score board.
As the teacher collected the papers a small glow covered the room slowly filling it with light around the corners unnoticed to the class. Before anyone could see the light brightened to the point that nothing was visible to the class however they all heard multiple loud booms filling their eardrums before they lost consciousness.

That day 4 classrooms in the college filled with a mysterious light before a cluster of explosions echoed throughout the halls and out into the city. When investigators approached the scene nothing was left except from rubble and ash.
After looking over the environment they concluded that it must have been a faulty set of gas valves and something must have ignited the gas leading to an explosion. The question was what and how did the detectors not go off. A check of the systems showed that the detectors and alarms were functioning at the time but nothing was found. Thus the accident that claimed over 80 students and four teachers shook families all over the city.

Opening my eyes I was greeted by the sight of a humongous platform filled with people just as confused as I was. Multiple bodies were on the floor slumped over but not covered in blood
They wore white robes and looked like a priest from a church.
A man with a smile and a thick black book covered in purple symbols looked at us with his eyes squinted.
Welcome Heroes!! (?)
Heroes? The fuck is this?
I know you must be confused but do not fret for we come in peace. You have been summoned by me and the other priests who have unfortunately passed out due to mana exhaustion. We prayed to the goddess of light for help and she granted us the wisdom to summon heroes from another world.
Hearing his words, my mind raced over the possibilities. Kidnapping, hallucinations, drugs and the one most impossible Transmigration.
His voice dulled as my heart raced and my mind tried to overcome the impossible. This should be impossible it's a thing of fiction written in fantasy books but it was all too real for it to be a dream.
I tried to think of what I was doing before a faint image of the classroom going white before a loud sound filled my ears but the next part of my memory was fuzzy a figure covered in golden light and something else happened before I came here.
The group in front of me was there before something happened and there was disgust and rage ,something happened but I can't remember!
You have all met our goddess correct? (?)
The entire group nodded their heads before one spoke up.
Yes she gave us something called a class and a personal skill before we arrived here. She said that we were blessed.(student)
There was a noticeable excitement in her words as she talked with reverie towards the goddess. The priest's smile seemed to enlarge as he turned to the rest of the group.
We shall appraise you before we show you to your accommodations where you can assimilate with your blessings. I am sure you are tired after being blessed by the goddess and her power. Please touch this stone one by one and it shall link you to the world.(?)
Slowly one by one each student touched the orb before it glowed and left a mark on their hand in the shape of a few rings filled with weird markings before a panel glowed in front of them after which the priest had a new person record whatever was on it.
I was in the middle of the line and soon my turn came up. With apprehension and excitement filled my mind as I touched the crystal and yet nothing happened. Trying again I noticed that the result didn't change. Lookin up at the priest I noticed that his eyes had widened showing glowing blue eyes as a frown marred his face.
"Irregular". A low mumble came out of his mouth
"He's an Irregular.!!!"
Instantly a set of guards filled the room at the priest's shouts as they pointed their spears and swords at me.
He is an irregular he has not been blessed by the goddess or the world! He is an enemy to our race!.
He quickly pulled out that book again before opening it to a certain page. In a mad scramble. he looked at something before he looked at me.
It is 'Him'
Instantly the tension in the room doubled as the knights seemed to back off? They slightly shook in their place however before I could take note of anything else the priest started chanting something from the book. The room shook as the others backed away and looked on in confusion and fear. A pitch black tear opened above me before long black protrusions like that of a spiders legs entered through the tear. Each one looked like a bone but the ends were noticing sharp and they were darker than shadows as they absorbed light.
Before I could move in fear I was lifted from the ground. Looking down my eyes shook in fear. A large black tendril pierced through my chest demolishing my organs. I quickly lost consciousness as I embraced the darkness.

What the fuck?
What the actual fuck!
What was happening!
We were in class and then we were engulfed in this light. We met a person who claimed herself as a goddess who had saved our souls right before our deaths to an explosion. She said that her world was in trouble and that she wanted us to save her world and her followers.
She radiated this light which felt soothing and warm as she asked us to approach so that she could 'bless' us whatever that meant. When I was In front of her I could see her appearance that was beneath the glow.
A kind smile from an ethereal beauty that was all I could think. Her eyes flashed with kindness and tenderness before she took my hand like she had all the others before tracing a circle on my arm. A warm feeling spread through me before she then moved onto another person.
Midway through something happened my memory was blurry and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't remember and then we were sent here.
As I looked at the boy being impaled on whatever that was and the malicious grins from the priest and the soldiers it finally clocked in my head. If I didn't have a good class and talent then that would have been me. If I didn't have a class that would have been me.
These people, these followers of the goddess were cruel but they hid it behind faith and religion. How would I survive in this world and how could I stop myself from meeting the same fate.
The boy looked confused and scared at least from what I could see before his head dropped, blood leaking from the front and back of his chest as the protrusions pulled his corpse into the black tear.
The room shook with dark power before it returned to normal as moonlight shone through the stained glass windows.
Oh Goddess please save these children from the sights they saw bring them to salvation!
Our hands started to glow as things turned blurry.
"Please follow me."(?)
The rest of us had been appraised and we followed the priest out of the room.
When had soldiers arrived here?
