"Defying the universe." She repeated with a small voice as she stared into space thoughtfully.
"You think you defied the universe by saving me?" She asked.
"I don't regret it." Hwarang declared and she knew he meant it, she could sense the unwavering zeal he possessed to keep her safe, but still their future unnerved her, for they had not a whiff of prediction on what awaited them in their precarious journey to the void.
"But now..." Her sentence was abruptly intersected as Hwarang placed his index finger to rest on her lips, occluding any words that would have broken loose from her lips, but his fingers brushing against her lips in those few moments made her skin tingle.
"I knew exactly the choice I was making and the detrimental price I had to pay." He said firmly.
