With every five minutes into the journey, Sheila kept asking if they weren't there. Mia kept smiling at her friend's eagerness. She had never seen Sheila act that way because of a guy. She more than likely liked this guy, but she had no idea yet.
"We are almost there, Sheila," she replied with a sigh. "Aren't we supposed to call to confirm if he is at home before barging into his house?"
Sheila hadn't considered that; all she knew was that she needed to see Chris as soon as she could. "He is going to be home. Chris is a CEO of a fashion house. He barely goes to work most of the time. The only thing they need from him is his approval of projects and his thoughts on new designs. He has stylists who work for him. Mostly, he spends his time with me."
