Olvia held Galan's arm telling him that she wanted to go to Sky Island too! She had never been to such a place! Galan thought about it for a moment, feeling that he could recruit some Sky people so he agreed.
Before Olvia could cheer, the 5 Elders told him to arrange a Warlord meeting.
Olvia froze and glared at the snail, really to rip them apart. How dare these old farts ruin her perfect date?!

Galan could only agree and called all the Warlords telling them to go to Mariejois. Olvia looked sad and muttered about Sky Island, Galan told her that they would go next time. She perked up and smiled happily.
Anybody else, he would probably ignore them. But for her, she got what she wanted!

Galan was embarrassed and Olvia giggled happily, kissing him again.
The scene changed to Galan and Olvia chatting about making Luffy a Warlord.
Then it went to Mariejois, Galan put forward his suggestion of Luffy, since he took down Crocodile, mentioning that he found out from Smoker. He also suggested his own secret agent X Drake and Law.
Doflamingo felt that he was above all these people and mocked them for being idiots, during the meeting Lafitte appeared, suggesting Teach for a Warlord but he was told that Teach was being hunted down by Whitebeard at the moment and they weren't sure he was going to even live!
Lafitte told Galan that he was sure Teach would live, he even had a plan cooking up!
Galan was under constant surveillance but soon felt the 5 pairs of Eyes on him became 6 then only 1! Galan was shocked to find out that there was someone higher that the 5 Elders, turns out he was the clown this whole time!
However, the new player fucked up.
Galan didn't change expression and allowed Lafitte to try for the Warlord status, but he was going to send the Letter for the Straw Hats anyway. Lafitte didn't have any problems and left happily.
The meeting ended and Galan brought Olvia to leave with him, talking about how great Mariejois was and how he wanted to live there one day. She replied with some nonsense until they got further away.
He frowned secretly and didn't tell Olvia, looking at Mariejois alone. So there was someone above them, it doesn't matter any more. If anything, this is a good thing for him!
Since the 5 Elders trusted him and didn't want to let go of such a good dog, then they would even rebel against their master a bit. Being too cautious is also a flaw!

Galan talked to Jinbe about doing something bigger than just sitting in Fish-Man Island. He should know, there are still Fish-Man slaves. Galan went on to explain that racism passes from generation to generation and finally just becomes a fact.
When everyone you know hates Fish-Men, even if you've never seen one before you'll be scared. Jinbe told him this was irrational and Galan told him that normal people are braindead.
Civilians will believe whatever you tell them, isn't everything that happened a perfect example? They don't have access to higher level thinking. Most people were so idiotic if you told them their father was someone else they would believe you!
Galan explained that it was simple to change people's opinions like herding sheep. All Jinbe needed to do was save a few people, make some waves in the papers and a lot of people will change their minds.
The normal people watching had their lips twitch.
