After we were done, we ate in silence as i am sure he has a lot to digest. I like silence. My filled dumplings tasted better with it anyway. I drank water. after I was done and then I went further into the cave that wasn't at all deep, and then I disappeared into the darkness.
I was in it. Taking a nap. But before I did, I checked at Astra one last time as he came back with his mask and then sat in the same position and was trying to fall asleep.
The next morning, i woke up. He was already up. " Good morning master " he said in his usual teasing tone. I'm not a morning person, so i didn't respond.
I went out of the cave down the hill and inti the lake, taking a quick bath. I was eating next to Astra, and suddenly I stood up. " Thayre here, "
I referred to another group of assassins that came this way to confirm his death, and if he wasn't dead, they would try to kill him themselves. That hoe it has been for Astra for a long time o he understood what I meant by saying thayre here.
After a while, he probably sensed them, too. We botue prepared to fight. I pulled out my daggers and immediately deflected the throwing knife that was heading toward me. Astra did the same, and after a while, we were engaging in a full-out fight. I was fighting my own class, so it was a bit annoying, but not something I couldn't handle.
We were done, and only a few bruises were left. I took thayre space ring poisons and anything I can sell.
" What do you want to do now? " Astra asked.
" Let's go our separate ways for now. After graduation, you're gonna follow me. " I said.
Now that I got Astra, the second one I should get would be Ishtar. The other two can wait.
Ishtar is a dark elf. His parents were slaves so he naturally is one too. And thanks to his beauty, he has been sold a lot of times for high prices.
Back then, he was an extraordinary archer as well as he knew how to detoxify poison since he used it often himself.
They would all be dead if it wasn't for him. I poisoned those four bastards countless times, but somehow, they still survived thanks to his knowledge about poisons he's just below Belladonna in knowledge.
I left Astra on his own with a few other potions just in case. After that, I went back to my apartment and trained my natural technique, mana control.
I got the hang of it pretty fast. With that, I could gather the mana in one place and step on it. It looks like stepping walking on air.
The best part is I can finally do the half transformation of a panter. Many people ended up with ears and tails, and I wasn't an exception. I had black panter ears with a long black tail to balance since I jave an increase in speed in this transformation as well as enhance hearing.
My practice went on for days. Sometimes, I would go to the gate, and sometimes, I would practice my Kramo Bone eyes.
My schedule was like this: Before the first exam I will read all the books before the second exam I will go to the chaos world and before the third exam I will go to the ruins lost in time. But I got to go to the ruins later as before the third exam I had to go back home. So I was visiting the ruins before the fourth exam.
Before the graduation, I was sapose to save Astra, which happened. And now that all the exams are over, only graduation is left. And that's today.
Astra should be back by now just as I told him to. I'm not a fan of big crowds, but I made myself go there anyway. We were back at the arena with the headmistress in the middle, and the sun was above us restlessly sending rays of light.
I sat at the top row next to the entrance. Astra walked up to me and sat next to me. Now that his soul is bound to mine, he knows where I am.
He noticed as I was covering myself in the darkness and snickered, " Does master not like the sun ? " I spared him a small side glance and said, " Yes. "
He then made the light dodge me so I wouldn't be affected. I was quite surprised by his actions, but I did not complain. This was good.
In the end, the moment we got our diploma, we were out of there. We were walking to the back alley, and he spoke with his natural tone that was cold and indecent, but this time a bit threatening too. " You said I can get my revenge, so what are you planning to do ? "
" Don't be so impatient you will get it eventually. " When I said that, he pushed me agents tge wall, but I did not panic as I could kill him with a simple thought.

I turned into a shadow and appeared back a few meters from him, walking back to my apartment.
" You live in this run-down place. " he looked around my apartment. " I don't want to stay in the school dorms " since people will come knocking on your door every night pretending it's funny. Not to mention, I already knew I would be attracking attention. Living there is a big no-no.
I beamed my the hearts water from the lake and other flowers to my space ring thay were all contained by a talisman so thay woudnt withered.
" Stay here, " I said to Astra as I went outside of the apartment and found the landlord and signed out of this apartment.
After I was done, I came back to the apartment " Eat while you can," I said as I knew that after this, we were going back to the Great Empire of Darkness.
After we were done eating, we went through the forest for about 3 hours until he finally wondered, " Where are we going ? "
" Belladonna, " I said. I'm sure he is quite surprised. As he knows who Belladonna is and not everyone can meet them.
We had to stop after a while as he was tired. I would move faster without him. Unfortunately, he has to follow. " Work on your stamina, " I said o him.
" I'm not like you assassins that can travel for hours with speed and be fine, " he retorted, and I clicked my tongue.
He drank a bit of water and restend for another few minutes before we could go again. Belladonna wasn't as far as my home, so we got there after Astra took another break.
When we finally arrived, the guards let us in, and thayre butler was already there. " Where's Sabel and Cortney ? " I asked, " Training. " I nodded as I said, " Tell them I'm here after they're finished. Is Unnie here ? " I asked the butler again. He understood I was referring to the madam of Belladonna Senna.
" Plese follow me." But before he started to lead the way, he looked at Astra, who had his mask on just like me. I knew what he was thinking even without my eyes and said, " He won't be going with us. Just put him somewhere. "
The butler understood that I wanted to be alone with the madam, and he should take Astra somewhere else.
