As we entered the portal I could see a dungeon surrounded by stone bricks filled with moss. I was a little surprised as I was expecting more.
Then I saw Iris looking at our expressions closely as if to memorize them.
Then she said "Don't be mistaken. This is just the entry. This place is filled with seals which would disable anyone from trying to enter any place other than this. So this is the dungeon to get information and to kill the people who are infiltrating this place."
We all nodded and got out of the dungeon and we found a blue-haired person looking at us. He then said, "Mana Check".
We felt energy passing through us. He then nodded and left.
Zack then asked, "What was that person doing?"
Iris replied "He was checking if there was a tracker or someone has impersonated you. Before anyone gets angry. This is the protocol all of us have to follow."
We all then followed Iris as we exited the cave. We then saw a castle and a forest beside it. We were about to follow Iris to the castle but Iris was going into the forest.
Lily then accused Iris "Why are we going to the forest? The castle is on this way. You don't trust us?"
Iris then said "That castle is just a decoy. It is filled with traps. Do you want to go and die there? If you are that interested in dying then you can go there."
Lily had an embarrassed expression on her face and quickly mumbled a sorry. We then took several turns and we reached a tree. Then Iris said, "Mana Unlock". We saw the tree split into two. There was a portal in the middle of the tree. Iris then jumped and we followed.
I opened my eyes and saw a mountain with snowy peaks. We all felt cold and Iris said Fire Magic Flame Cloak". The next second we all were wearing cloaks of fire. We then followed Iris to the cave and she said "Mana Open".
The next second the cave split into two. The sight we saw was breathtaking. We saw the mythical being Phoenix in front of us. We then walked the path and we all saw houses which looked as if they were from the future.
The place was as huge as a state. There were around 8,000 to 8,900 people living here considering the place.
We then saw the Phoenix touch us and we all flash to an unknown place. The place looked like a King's Palace.
We saw a Man with blonde hair and blue eyes walking over to us. He was wearing a red cloak filled with various medals. He was wearing a white shirt underneath it. He was also wearing white pants and boots. He had an aura that made you want to trust him. At that moment I knew he was the King of this place.
He said "Welcome, Welcome to our world. The Utopia. I will talk with you all later. First, go and get some rest. You all seem tired after all the traveling. Iris, please show them the guest rooms. Then give me a report of what happened during your mission. I want to hear about it from you."
Iris then nodded and told us to follow her. We followed as we saw multiple paintings of the old kings in the hallway. We came to know that he was the 30th King of Utopia. We then reached the room. The room was fantastic. It had a queen size bed. A good view. The place was well made. As soon as I saw the bed. I walked to it and slept. After an hour I woke up refreshed. I took a cold shower and changed my dress. I then decided to explore the place.
When I got out of the castle, I saw the streets filled with people. Though the place looked like it was from the future it still had that homely vibe that I felt from my hometown. I saw some kids playing dodgeball with a ball of magic and couldn't be amazed. I explored the place thoroughly and found amazing things like a training ground with no gravity and increased gravity. Numerous extreme places like a volcano, Sea and other places as training grounds to train to survive in those situations.
I then went to the library to know more about the history of Utopia.
I understood that this magical place was created around the 5th century. This place is filled with magical energy as a meteor crashed into this place around that time. That meteor made the people nearby sensitive to magic and gave their children the ability to use magic. Those who do not have magic have to eat a small piece of meteorite to unlock it.
I also learned that magic or mana was made up of mental energy.
There were a few people who couldn't use mana. Those people created another magical energy made up of physical energy. It was called chi or qi.
Some genius managed to combine both of them to unlock a new energy. But the energy was too powerful to be controlled and killed the boy. This is why no one else ever tries to combine it.
Mana was also divided into many branches. A person who has access to mana can use Mana, Sealing Magic and Mind Magic. This is the basic magic anyone can do. To use other magics effectively one must have an affinity towards it otherwise they won't be able to use powerful techniques.
I read until I had a firm grasp on mana and chi. The combination of Mana and Chi is called Chaos as that is the only thing that energy has caused.
I then went to find others. I saw them at a shop eating some sort of dessert. I saw Iris and she said "Oh, I was wondering where you were. The King asked you to come to his chambers to talk later. Come now try this. This is the speciality of this shop."
Seeing her enthusiasm for this dish. I tried it. It tasted wonderful. It was as soft as marshmallow but it melts in your mouth like chocolate. I then asked her "What is the name of this dish?"
She then said "It looks like you liked it. This dish is called Chocomarsh. The owner tasted marshmallow and chocolate and he tried to combine them. He then used his baking magic and created this masterpiece. Anyway, you don't want to delay the talk with the king. You can go now."
