HI! AM ANITA.

ANITA'S POV

"Hi! I'm Anita and my life sucks...

"I've always dreamt of having am amazing life that any other girl would love to have. I hope someday my story turns around, maybe not like that of Barbie's but something more amazing. Just a spark of light would do."

"Yes!!! I feel really off transferring to that school."

I yelled at my mum early Monday morning with a dark gaze on my face.

"My mum forces me up from bed early, telling me to get ready for school. I honestly got tired of transferring from one school to another, it has always been here and there.

"When I was little, I had a hard time growing up."

"After I and my mum left my dad, I got to change schools many times which is totally freaking out and tiring."

Bong Bong...

The school bell rang out loud all the students of Intel high went to their various classes.

Intel high was the third toping school in the country and also a school for the rich as it makes them graduate with amazing success and achievement.

Everyone in grade 12 went to their desks. Just then the class teacher entered with a girl, dressed in a lovely green top and cute pink skirt with a nice looking sandal and a back pack.

"Everyone, we have a new student joining us today." Mr. Berry the class teacher said with an exciting look.

She stepped forward to introduce herself.

"Hi I'm Anita." she waved out her hand with a frozed smile.

Anita had a long brown hair and bright skin color with hazelnut eyes and a heart shaped lips which makes her really beautiful.

"Aarg! who does she think she is, sounding all cutie?" Bella a student in the class said in a low voice.

"You may go have your sit now Anita." Mr. Berry said clapping his hands together with full excitement.

He seemed to be a nice teacher and also looks so handsome. He has a straight jawline, shiny skin tone and cheeks with dimples, with brown eyes and black shiny hair. He's quite the most loved teacher for his looks.

She saw an empty desk and sat down. Close to the desk was Austin's desk.

Austin every girls dream guy, also the rich guy from Queens. he was admired for his dashing look.

That shining blue eyes and golden straight hair that gave him a glamorous look and long legs with his straight slim lips and straight nose. he also had an 100% IQ which makes him a study guy.

The class went on...

After the first period was over the teacher left the class. Just then Austin stood from his desk, carried his backpack and left to sit on an empty desk at the corner of the class.

Everyone was surprised why he left his desk to another. Anita felt so nervous, troubled with why he left.

"You don't have to feel that way." a voice said from behind her. She turned slowly to look at the person.

"What?" She asked turning her face to the person seated at her left side.

"Hello! I'm Betty." the girl said waving her right hand with a wide smile on her face.

"I mean people might think he thinks so highly of himself cause he's a rich guy from Queens but he's nice once you get to know him." Betty said playing with the tip of her hair while chewing a gum.

"Ow." Anita settled her back on the chair.

"Nice top." Betty adored her.

"Thanks." Anita said galloping all the thoughts in her head.

"Can we be friends?" Betty stuck out her hand to give her an hand shake.

"Ow, uhm yes." Anita answered with a wider smile this time as she braced her hair to the back of her left ear.

Just then three girls walked up to her...

"Hey! newbie." Bella said.

Bella the school pretty queen and also a bully. Always acting sophisticated. she was Austin's girlfriend but due to some reasons they broke up.

"Wow shiny hair." Bella smirked as she brushed her fingers into Anita's ponytail soft brown hair.

Just then she carried Anita's back pack and threw a disgusting look at it.

"What a lovely bag you've got." she dropped it on the ground.

"Oops! my mistake." Bella laughed with her crew settling her hands on her waist and sticking out a leg giving her a majestic figure.

Bella had the figure 8 shape and also had a shape jawline like Mr. Berry's with raised eyebrows and black long hair. Any guy who see's her would creep in his heart cause of how beautiful she is.

Anita bent to the ground and packed her books back into her bag.

She gazed up at Bella's face having an evil smile.

She sits back while bella turned to walk away elegantly.

"Who is she?" Anita asked Betty looking confused.

"Her name is Bella. she's such a pain." Betty said angrily.

"Why would she do that to you?" She banged her fists on her desk looking grumpy.

"Next time I won't let it slide if she does another thing to hurt you."

Anita for once felt so curly that someone she doesn't know so much, wants to actually stand for her.

Betty was the first friend Anita made after a long time. she never really had a friends at her old schools, cause back at her old schools they just wanted to be friends for a short period of time.

But she made a really cool one now.

Betty had a long hair that was weaved and her green eyes looked like that of doll with a sharp pointy nose and heart shaped lips which makes her cute.

It was time for the next class, Mrs. Linda the history teacher walked in and greeted the class.

"Hello pupils." she turned to the white board and picked up the marker then wrote down the topic for the day..."HISTORICAL NATIONS." She asked the pupils a tough question.

"Which are the earliest ancestors of native Americans?"

Anita choked cause of how blank she was at the moment.

"Austin." Mrs. Linda called.

"Can you give an answer to the question?"

Austin got up from his sit to answer the question, everyone was stunned to look at the way he boldly stood to answer the difficult question.

"Paleo-Indian." he answered.

"Wow Austin, that's correct." Mrs Linda was amazed so as the whole class.

"Another question." she said staring at him and walking with heads high towards him.

"Which country in Asia is a member of the axis in world war 11?"

He then stood quite for a second and answers again with a straight no emotion face.

"Japan." he said.

"That's good, have your sit." Mrs Linda looked so proud of him.

We'll though Austin was a proud person he was also intelligent. He spends his time at the library reading and doesn't talk to anyone.

Anita was so blank at those questions.

"How smart can he be?" she said looking amazed at the handsome guy.

"He's the top student in class." Betty whispered to her.

"You there, new girl!" Mrs Linda called and asked a question which got Anita into a dark hole.

"I heard you transfered to so many schools, you should be very smart don't you think?" Mrs. Linda said with a grin.

"When was the Berlin Wall removed?"

She became even shocked at the question as she gulped down a heavy spit. She as always hated history class since the 10th grade.

She stood up slowly and stammered at the answer.

"19..9.1975." she finally answered.

Mrs Linda gave her a strange look with furrowed brows.

"Wrong." Mrs Linda said as strolling around the teachers desk.

"Not so much from a new girl after all." she gave a weird laugh.

Anita's mind exploded as she sat down slowly.

"Bella dear answer the question." She pointed lovingly towards Bella.

Bella stood up graciously and answered...

"1989." she sat down giving a proud smile towards Mrs Linda.

Incase you didn't Know, Mrs Linda is Bella's mother and has always made her daughter ready for her questions but despite all that Bella never came first in class cause Mr. Berry couldn't take bribes from her mother to make her the best student.

"Correct." Mrs Linda said with her face filled with excitement.

The class went on...

The bell rang and the class was over.

Anita deepened her face into the book on her desk and went sore.

"What was that Ani?" she pinned her mind.

"1975, gush such a terrible guess." she whales.

"Don't feel bad about it dear." Betty placed her hand on Anita's shoulder and smiled at her.

Anita stared at Austin from where he was seated.

"Why do I feel I've met him somewhere?" She wondered.

It was time for lunch...

Anita brought out her lunch box, wondering why her mum still pack up lunch for her too school, like she was still a kid. Well her mum's cooking was the best though; she could remember a time her mum won first place in a cooking competition. She was such a goddess." Anita gave a red blush.

"Anita let's go to the cafeteria." Betty said flapping her hands around.

"Is that a lunch box." Betty pointed at the lunch pack on Anita's desk.

"Uhm, yes my mum makes me bring lunch to school." Anita felt embarrassed about the pack.

"Wow lucky you, not so many mum wants to make lunch for there kids this days." Betty said looking amazed.

"You've got an amazing mum." she gave a cute smile.

"Oh, really? thanks." Anita smiled a little.

"Can we go to the cafeteria now?" Betty whined.

"Oh alright." Anita gave a worried look thinking about how she was going to walk through the hallway.

They both got to the cafeteria then Betty got what she wanted to eat. Anita on the other hand was with her lunch pack.

They walked towards a table just then Anita stepped on a banana peel Bella threw on the tiled floor and slipped, causing a commotion.

Everyone at the cafeteria was laughing so much at what just happened to her.

Pasta was all over her now and her dress stained. Betty helped her up from the ground to the rest room to clean her up and change her clothes.

Anita felt so embarrassed that she couldn't say a word.

Betty then took a white top from a cabinet and gave it to her.

"I have a feeling that witch Bella did this to you." Betty froze in the mirror on the side of the cabinet.

"What if she didn't put it there and it was all a mistake," Anita said trying to let it go of her mind as she rinsed up her hands.

"No! I know for sure she did it intentionally." Betty squeezed her hands into another fist.

It's just been a day knowing Betty and seeing her wanting to fight for Anita felt like she as known her for years and it got Anita really touched.

Anita got changed and they both came out from the rest room. Now Anita's hair was loose and as they both walked through the hallway they saw Austin walking along the hallway.

Anita immediately raise her left hand to hide her face, for him not to see her.

Betty noticed this then forces Anita's hand down.

Austin stopped and moved slowly towards her then bent to her face making their faces to level.

"You're pretty." He smirked and went on walking down the hall.

"Wh...what just happened?" She asked Betty with her face turning hot red.

"Haha! are you blushing?" Betty laughed out wiping a tear from her eyes.

"No." she answered touching her cheeks and calming the air on her face.

The break was over and the students were now in class.

They were murmuring about what happened to her.

Anita sat down and brought out her notes and pen.

Just then Austin came back to his old desk along with his backpack which got her puzzled.

Everyone stopped murmuring, surprised to see what he did. They were all confused.

"Your purse is on the ground." he said looking away.

Anita looked at the handsome golden haired guy seated beside her.

He was looking all neat and shiny from head to toe. He looked like an angel.

He noticed she was carried away in thoughts but didn't know what she was thinking, then he snapped his fingers still looking away.

"What? uhm oh thanks." she came back to reality as she bent to pick her purse.

"Bella did you see what just happened?"

Lilly a friend of Bella's said stocking out her head to look at Austin and anita.

Seeming very raged as at why he went back to his desk.

Bella squeezed her hands into a fist looking so fierce.

The teacher entered and greeted the class. After some hours the bell rang and the class was over.

"Finally it's time to go home." Anita stretched out a bit wiggling her legs.

"Oops! that was loud." she covered her mouth, stood up from her desk and wore her backpack.

Betty clinched on to her and said...

"Lets go to your place."

"Really?" she was surprised to hear Betty say that but also giggled inside her.

She as always needed a close friend whom she can tell everything too.

"Alright." she agreed.

They were about to leave when a voice said... "Bye." It was Austin's.

Anita was shocked to hear that and that blew her mind out.

"Bye." she replied shyly.

Ding ding...

Anita pressed the door bell to her house. Her mum, Mrs Stella opened the door.

"Mum." she hugged her mum then Betty also greeted.

"Mum this is Betty, my new friend." she introduced her cool friend.

"Oh, alright. I see you making friends already." Mrs Stella threw an amazing smile at Betty.

Mrs Stella had a Rosey coloured lip and pretty blue eyes and a bright face surface with a blonde long hair, she was in her 40s but still looked young and beautiful.

They walked to the living room and sat down.

"How are you Betty?" Mrs Stella asked Betty.

"Fine ma'am." she gave a spirited smile.

"You remind me of my mum." she said as her face became a little sad.

"Really? how's your mum?" Mrs Stella asked giving a glad face.

"Uhm, she passed away in a car accident 4 years ago."

she bowed her head sadly.

Mrs Stella got touched as she moved closer to her and took her hands.

"So sorry about your lost dear. Am sure she's looking at her beautiful daughter wherever she is now." Mrs Stella cheered her up with that making her smile.

Anita also felt sad for her friend and hugged her from behind the couch Betty was seated on.

"Thank you ma'am, I've gotten over it now." a spark of smile came on Betty's face.

"That's great. Anita get some snacks for Betty dear."

"I will be leaving you two now." Mrs Stella stood and left the living room.

Anita went and got the snacks from the kitchen shelf. She asked Betty to follow her up to her room.

Anita's room looked so lovely, so clean and so pink.

"I love your room." Betty said looking at Anita's room in surprise.

"Thanks dear." They laid in the bed and spoke about lots of things.

"Wooo! school can be such a nightmare." she complained.

"I Know right? you're still a newbie but with time you will get used to our school.

How come you went to many schools?" Betty said in amazement.

"Well after my mum and I left my dad, my mum took up different jobs, atimes changing states. And so I had to change schools." Anita rubbed her neck.

"It must have been tiring." Betty said.

"Yeah! it was."

"What's up with Austin?" At first he left his desk to another. Then dramatically comes back to his desk and that at the hall he said I was pretty, he also said that lovely bye." Anita said looking so confused.

"I also don't know why he did all that. We've been in the same class since grade 8 and he as always been all quite. He might seem cold but he's kind at heart." Betty giggled.

Anita stood up from the bed, took a clean towel from the wardrobe and went into the bathroom to freshen up.

Betty saw some beauty and fashion magazines on a shelf close to the bed. She took it and entertained her eyes.

"Anita why do you have this magazines?" she asked.

"Am trying to be a fashionista someday." She shouted from the bathroom. Now she was done taking her bath, she came out with a pink towel wrapped around her body and a shower cap on her head.

"Wow, you have a glowing skin." Betty giggled.

Anitas' heart fluttered, she went and looked into the mirror, she wiped her face applying some cleanser on then brought out her makeup kit and thought of applying some mild makeup.

For a moment she thought about what Austin said in the hallway saying she was pretty. She smiled then returned it back.

She applied some cream gently on her skin and removed the shower cap on her head. She puts on a long sleeve top with a neck tie and jean trouser with a nice looking head warmer.

"You look pretty." Betty complimented her sweetly. "Thanks babe." Anita gave a wider smile.

In a long time it felt good to call someone babe.

"Let's go out and have an amazing time. There's this sushi restaurant around sesame street, I have tasted their sushi before and guess what? it was so delicious." Betty tickled happily.

"That would be great. I haven't had sushi in a long time myself." Anita said clapping her hands in amusement.

They went down the stairs...

Betty greeted Mrs Stella bye with a lovely smile.

"Takecare dear." Mrs Stella hugged her.

"Mom I would be home soon." Anita said as Mrs. Stella shuts the door.

They held hands and said funny things along the way to the sushi restaurant.

Now at the sushi restaurant Betty ordered two plates of sushi with two cold can soda. Anita took a chopstick and picked a sushi into her mouth.

"Wow this tastes amazing." she said as her eyes widened as her tasting buds had a delightful taste which made her heart jingle happily.
