As the ground gave in and Vile screamed as they fell, Six saw the hole where he used to stand on he kept a grip on his DMR, and then he felt something hit his back. Then he got hit again, and again, and again, then he got hit for the last time he opened his eyes and saw not one, not two, not three, but ten holes in the roof the additional eleventh one was from the ground he used to walk on.
Six looked around and it looked like he was in a lobby of some sorts but it was all filled with dust and bones of some of the people who looked like they've worked there then he heared footsteps and voices coming closer and closer
"Noble Six, I suggest you use your active camouflage module." Dot advised
Six got up, turned on his active camouflage module, and ran out of the building before the unknowns could spot him. As he ran he heared a commotion and looked up to see a red anomaly that jumped from building to building and a rose pedal fell from it Six let out his hand and caught a rose pedal and he needed time to process this.
An unknown creature just speeded up above him and dropped a lot of rose pedals. Six let out his hand and caught one of the rose pedals that fell from it.
"What the hell?" Six mumbled to himself before putting the rose pedal away so Vile could test it later
After walking for about 5-10 minutes while also keeping his DMR raised, Six got next to a wall and walked to where he assumed the creature was heading so he could get out of wherever he was. As he was walking, he saw some of the unknowns in the same uniform as the others from before he fell.
"Vile can you identify" Six replied "Their members of the white fang from what I can get their from one of the factions that do terrorist attacks on innocent people and kill those who try to leave" Vile replied with a bit of venom in his voice at the end.
"Understoo-" before Six could finish his sentence, his active camouflage module lost power, making him visible again he crouched down and aimed his DMR at the white fang soldiers head
When the soldier walked around the corner, Six followed he wouldn't let an armor ability slow him down when it came to an objective
He went around the corner and saw a train that looked modified and he saw a lot of white fang members and someone in white clothing. He had a lit cigar in his mouth. He looked guilty in a way and left a tent near the train
"Vile identify," Six ordered while hiding behind a piller just in case his active camouflage had to recharge. "His name is Roman Torchwick he's an honorable but tear one criminal, and he's...human too. That's odd. Unusually, the white fang doesn't ally themselves with humans." Vile said in a confused town
"This could be a temporary tru-" before Six could finish he heared the sound of wood breaking and saw the red creature speeding past the now identified Roman Torchwick and in the same time he heared explosions, gunfire and screams he then heared one of the voices talk "Ruby" she yelled "get behind us"
"Got it," Ruby replied, Six was confused. He looked on the other side and saw the rose pedals lead to the same girl that he saw with the dog and mechanical sythe
She looked brused but combat ready she had some bruses on her checks and some dirt on her attire but nothing an ice pack and a new pair of cloths can't fix
Then one of the white fang members spotted him and opened fire Six managed to douge the bullets with ease and shot the soldier in the head with his M6G Magnum pistol then he was shot in the back by another white fang soldier but the bullets did little to no affect if anything it merely brought his shields down by 1% per shot fired then he heared the communication posts come to life.
"Get to your places, everyone we are leaving now." the voice said as the train engines roared to life, and Six had shot the another white fang soldier in the head
Six saw the huntresses in training and the doctor getting on one the train carts as it was leaving.
Six turned on his active camouflage module and made a B-line to the train using his 'spartan time' to help him catch up with it
Six didn't have the time to ask or calculate how the metal in the train would hold his weight, but it managed to hold him fairly well
"Six why in the name of whatever God that's out there did you get in the train WITHOUT informing me or Dot about the metal that has the capacity of not holding your weight!" Vile yelled at Six. Vile's tone was filled with both fear and concern, like he had just gotten a panic attack. "There was no time, Vile." Six replied bluntly. "Even though you didn't have the time, it was still reckless, Noble Six," Dot added, "We'll talk about this later. Vile, what happens if I jump on this thing?" Six questioned
"Okay all you can do is get up latter's or climb on the edge of this train to get to the top but if you jump from let's say the roof then you'll just fall to the ground and, uuhhh, risk potential death, or concussions" Vile nervously said the last part out, he doesn't want to lose Six even though what he did was reckless he still needed to make sure that the people he's with are still alive.
Then Six heared a decoupling sound, then moments later, an explosion. Then he heard another decoupling sound and in the same time an explosion, he looked outside and saw the unknown creatures that were attacking him on his first minutes on this world then he heard a commotion right above him with someone yelling, "HE'S LEADING GRIMM TO THE CITY!"
"This is insane," another female voice said, "uuuhhh guys, we got more problems!" Six heard Ruby yell
Then the Hyper-lethal vector climbed up the side of the train cart and saw two mechs that were on top of the train and walking towards them
"Uuhh, Six remembered when I said you couldn't jump," Vile said in slight panick. Six nodded. "Well, you can jump since these things can take their weight." Vile told him then the cart decoupled and Six ran and jumped over it then he could see the train heading towards a bericade and as he saw the train break it he quickly went inside the next cart and saw all 5 of the huntsman and huntresses there weapons were out and one of them began to speak "What are you" one of them said
Since Six saw their faces on their files, he knows the team members and the doctor by facial features "Vile speakers." Six ordered, "got it," the AI replied, allowing Six to speak
"Nows not the time to identify me right now we need to prevent this train from heading to whatever city sector it's aiming at" Six began, regaining the teams focus "Let's move before anymore lives are lost today"
Then as they got on the next cart, they all heared the door behind them open, and there was multiple white fang soldiers behind them the doctor and Ruby stayed behind so that they could complete their mission "Go we'll hold them off!" Ruby yelled. Yang was about to protest, but Six grabbed her arm and said, "We don't have time to argue right now. We have to follow her orders and go!" Yang wanted to protest, but she looked at her sister, and she nodded in approval.
As everyone went to the next cart, they saw a girl in a white and brown attire with pink highlights she had pink and chocolate brown hair, and she had an umbrella with her.
"Go on ahead, this one's mine." The girl with yellow hair said as they all nodded in unison and ran past the girl she tried to stop them but was too accupied by Yang to even try and fight them.
As they went to the second cart they saw a white fang member with what appeared to be a chainsaw and from the looks of he looked like a Lieutenant, like Six, all 3 of them stopped "You two go on ahead, I'll take care of this one" Blake said
"Are you sure?" Weiss asked, Blake nodded, and the two of them left with Blake distracting the Lieutenant. All Six could hear was "Hello, traitor," then he saw the possible head of this entire operation
"Roman Torchwick," Six mumbled to himself. "Hey, ice queen, and uhh...who the hell are you?" Roman asked, Weiss was irritated and kept on wondering why people kept on calling her "ice queen", but Six replied to Roman's question, "My origins are none of your concern, Roman Torchwick. "
"Well, I'm glad someone knows who I am, now lets cut the chit chat and get this thing over with." Roman said trying to mask his guilt with happiness Six could tell that this wasn't the first time Roman may be good at acting like he has the time of his life but it wasn't a good enough act for Spartan fall for.
Weiss pulled out her rapier and it didn't look like a standard rapier it had what looked like a revolvers chamber below the blade it had different colored cylinders then a glyph appeared from below her and propelled her towards the criminal he douges it and the bottom of his cane upended up and he pulled the trigger on the handle of his cane and it fired a red projectile at the schnee she then made another glyph to form a wall to block it. Then Six runs towards Roman to restrain him so he can interigate him later.
Roman douges it and tries to fire at Six, the spartan pushed the cane-gun away from him causing the criminal to fire out of instinct this in turn went hits the controls and makes the train go out of control and then after another bericade was destroyed.
The front engine flips making a ramp for the secondary engine and its cargo to shoot up from the ground the train and its cargo hit the ground crushing anything or anyone that was underneath it Six, Weiss and Roman got up the schnee and criminal got up with a possible concussions.
Six got up and heard ringing, then muffled noises some cranks, and when his vision is cleared, he sees Roman leaving with some injuries and Weiss struggling to get up as well
Six gets Weiss out of the train and sees the rest of team RWBY and Professor Oobleck as well they look beaten and tired, but overall, they look ok
Then, when Six's hearing cleared up, all he could hear were screams, gunfire, and sirens it almost reminded him of Reach in a way.
Then he saw them, the Grimm terrorizing the city and killing anyone they could find. Team RWBY professor Oobleck and Noble Six were quick to respond and got their weapons out they were surrounded by Grimm so they got on a platform and pointed their weapons at the creatures waiting to see who makes the first move.
As the joint force readied their weapons the Grimm charged at them roaring at the same time Six could tell that this was an intimidation tactic he's had this tactic tried on him during the Human-Covenant war, everything was far more simple for the spartan-III during the war but he had to adapt to this new world
As the Grimm engaged the human and Faunus group obliged with an engagement of their own, Noble Six used his DMR to take out the Grimm that were attacking the civilians trying to focus the creature's attention on him the licensed huntsman and huntresses in training
A Grimm come up from behind him it jumped towards him in order to tackle him but the spartan turned around and slammed his fist into its skull, crushing it instantly it hit the floor, Six's hand still in it, and he could feel its bones around his fist broken, crumpled up or just shattered underneath his armored hand
The spartan then lifted his hand and shook it to get the creatures already disintegrating fur and blood off of it he then turned his attention back to the rest of the Grimm so he could aid in taking them all out Six puts his DMR on his back so he can conserve ammunition and so he could use his fists, combat knife and the kukri that he scavenged from Emile's corps back on Reach
A Beowulf charges at him, but Six dodges it and uses the kukri to slice the creature's throat once he gets close enough
A scorpion-type Grimm tried using its stinger to sting Six in the back but fails, resulting in Six turning around and dodging the stinger in the process then he grabbed its tail pulls the creature closer and plants his foot on its face then he uses the force of his foot to push the creature away while pulling on its tail in the same time resulting in the tail being ripped off by the spartan he then uses the stinger to stab the top of the creature
It released one last screech before it layed there, dead and forgotten only its white bones remained, then Six heard the sound of tires screeching and he saw two vehicles, they had sirens on the roof and a black paint job with white stripes
"Police" Six mumbled to himself as he saw 4 no 8 men appear out of the two police cars they looked like huntsman and thanks to Vile having files on a lot of huntsman and huntresses in training he told Six that those were team SSSN and team CRDL
"Noble Six, I advise we leave the perimeter" Auntie Dot suggested "we need to deal with the breach and get as much information as we can" Six argued but Vile intervened "Six the police are bordering up this sector and I'm getting a lot of radio chatter on military channels, we need to leave now before they capture us"
Six hesitated for a moment as he thought of his options, either risk capture and contain the breach, or leave and avoid capture, he looks back at the teams, from their fighting styles, weaponry and how fast the sector is being contained he concluded that the sector was not important for him to be there, no matter what happens he wasn't going to risk capture because of an incident that he wasn't even prepared for
So he sprinted into one of the nearby alleyways with his combat knife and Emile's kukri out just in case he runs into more Grimm or any unwanted attention from the locals Six makes a right turn and sees more Beowulf Grimm in front of him
Six throws his combat knife at the Beowolf behind the one on the right hitting its head and killing it instantly then he got close to the second one, it swings its claws at Six, he dodges it, Six gets behind the Grimm kicks the back of its leg the force made the bone stick out of the fur. The creature roars in pain as the hyper-lethal vector used Emile's kukri to slit the creature's throat with it, and as usual, the substance of the creature faded, leaving nothing but the bones of the creature
Six then left the area and quickened the pace when he heard the sound of engines and gunfire coming from the area he had just left
After hours of running, Six found the entrance to a sewer he went into it and hid in the tunnels in case the Grimm or the locals found him, the spartan still had sufficient ammunition but he didn't want to waste it away in one fight
"This is all the info I could get from this planet." Vile said, "sorry I couldn't get more information, even though this planet has barely any encryption codes since it's all on one server It's like finding a needle in a haystack since it took me an hour or two to get this."
"Understood Vile, I'll keep that in mind." Six replied as he looked at the information that was presented to him "there was a war that lasted about 100 years like the 'hundred years war' it turns out that there's a festival called the 'Vytal Festival' that happens every two years."
"The Vytal festival is on this year as well, so if you want, we could see what the festival looks like." Vile said as he noticed that no one took his joke by any means this made him a bit uncomfortable so he tried to change the subject "B-But it's nice to understand more about our surroundings and better prepare ourselves for when we need to have a confrontation with the locals." The shy 'smart' AI suggested
"I agree with Vile Noble Six." Auntie Dot replied, "I also agree with Vile, but first we need to find a place inside the city so we can set up a temporary base of operations." The Hyper-lethal vector said, "there's a warehouse not too far from our location records show that it's been abandoned for quite some time so no one would most likely go in it, we could use that as a temporary base of operations." Vile said, "we can use the tunnels to head to the warehouse's location."
"Understood Vile." Six replied as a navigation marker appeared on his visor he began walking towards the marker as he went deeper into the sewer system
After 5 hours of non-stop walking, Six got out of the sewer and went to the abandoned warehouse. He saw that it was completely abandoned. "Vile, get me a situation report on the breach," Six ordered. "On it, just give me some time." Vile replied, "understood." The Hyper-lethal vector said
Noble Six looked around the warehouse to find anything that could find use or sufficient storage but to find nothing but run-down machinery and rust, but there was a bright side to it there would be enough room for storage for his armor, weapons and ammunition
The Spartan sat down and rested his back against the wall. Six opened one of his pouches on his TACTICAL/RECON chest plate and took out four dog tags. The dog tags read: Jorge S-052, Catherine B-320, Carter A-259, and Emile A-239
The Spartan lets out a trembling sigh as he looks at the dog tags for a few more seconds, then he lowers his head and looks down at the floor. "I'm sorry, sir." Six mumbled as he lowered his arm
"Six, are you alright?" Vile asked
Six merely nodded before putting the dog tags away. All he needed now was to work and honor those who died on Reach before it was his time to die.
