The world is once again facing an adaptation era. For some unknown reason, the level of magic power all around the world is once again rise without warning. There is no clue or sign to prepare. It just suddenly up and chaotic.
For the common people, who have no superpower or anything specials, the magic power level rise is something of no concern. They cannot feel it, they cannot use it, they cannot touch it. They just keep going on their lifes.
But for some people who have superpower, the level rise is a blessing in the form of extra effort. All their life, they only know that their superpower can only rise to level three.
By a turn of events, they manage to reach level four and begin to question themselves if they want to level up more or not. Nevertheless they keep on trying, and growing, and strive to get stronger. For the world now provide them with a way to reach level four.
