"Lord Otto, pardon my rudeness but may I ask what brings you here today?" Balour asked.
Otto smiled and turned his neck towards Balour, "Is it a crime for me to take a stroll through my district?"
"My apologies Lord Otto that isn't what I was trying to say," Balour apologised.
"I was wondering why you came here, in the past you never involved yourself in any of the cases that arouse in the entertainment district?" Balour asked.
The entertainment district was widely loved for all that it offered, but that crazy and wild lifestyle came with its own set of problems.
Crime was extremely common in this part of the city more so than most other districts, only the slums had it worse than the entertainment district.
From common thugs and small-time gangs, the entertainment district was teeming with low life's looking to cause some trouble.
