His breath was caught in his throat.
He was still alive?! Albeit in critical condition! Either way he was happy to still have some HP left! Maybe his luck had something to do with that?
It didn't matter! He needed some way to survive this situation and receive some help before he bled out!

Before he could even wrap his head around the newly acquired skill, he felt all his energy leave his body. As if all life was sucked out of his body, although he still somehow hung onto consciousness.
"So this is our summoner? Seems pretty useless to me." A new, yet undeniably familiar, voice suddenly speaks out from in front of him, sounding relatively arrogant.
"Oh c'mon, dear. He doesn't seem that bad!" Another familiar, albeit feminine, voice says from his right.
"Yeah! He seems like a pretty good guy to me! You know....if he wasn't dying.... Sakura? If you would. Can't have our summoner dying on us! Now can we?!" A third familiar voice suddenly speaks up to his left, sounding a lot more friendly than the first voice.
"Right!" The feminine voice says again before the sound of footsteps approached his location.
"Wait a minute....Sakura?" That name sounded familiar.... But Puck's semi-conscious brain couldn't seem to be able to remember who it belongs to.
"Yeah. What Naruto says is right, Sasuke. You can't judge a book by its cover.... My have you three grown." A fourth and final voice says, sounding laid-back and calm, almost uninterested in the current situation.
"Naruto? Sasuke? Sakura? Now I know for damn sure that those names sound familiar!" He exclaims to himself mentally, but not being able to lift his head to confirm his suspicion.
"You're going to be alright! Just stay with me and try not to lose consciousness! Got it?!" The same feminine voice exclaims seriously before a warm sensation suddenly engulfs Puck's entire body, as if he was being filled with a new foreign type of energy.
It felt strange, but not unwelcomed.
"Yo! What's up, Kakashi-sensei?! Long time no see!" The same bubbly voice exclaims.
At this time, Puck had finally regained enough energy to raise his head, albeit only slightly, but what he saw made his eyes widen and tears appear in his eyes.
Standing not even 5 feet in front of him, blocking the lizardmen from approaching any closer, was none other than the original Team 7 from Naruto. Though they all were in their mature adult forms that all could be found in several of his Gacha games.
"Now~ Now~ Naruto. Now's not the time. We should probably deal with HIM first." The masked ninja known as Kakashi says simply, snapping the small book, he was just nose deep in, close.
"Right!/Okay then." Came the two replies from his old students, Naruto and Sasuke respectively as they all turn to look at the humongous dragon who lets out a loud roar at the appearance of four new obstacles.
"W-Wait that means...." Puck turns his head slightly to his right, only for his eyes to widen at the sight of none other than Sakura who was busy treating his wounds.
As more energy returns to his body, the realization finally dawned on Puck. His neck nearly snapping as he turned to watch the three possibly strongest beings in ninja history prepare to take on what could only be described as a S - Rank calamity.
Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi stared down the dragon and his army of lizardmen with large smirks on their faces. They seemed more than a little happy to be back together as Kakashi lifts the head band covering his left eye, Naruto switches into bijuu mode, and Sasuke simply closes and reopens his eyes, revealing his evolved sharingan and rinnegan.
The tears freely flowed from Puck's eyes as he stared at what had to be a fear induced hallucination, only for a shake from from Sakura knocked that idea right out of his head.
He turned to face a grinning Sakura, "I know, right? It always takes my breath away whenever I see 'em like this! Not only that! But Kakashi-sensei is here as well! They'll have this taken care of in a sec! Don't worry!" She exclaims reassuringly.
And Puck couldn't agree more.
Hell! Naruto alone probably would've been a bit overkill!
Puck turned back to look at the backs of three of the greatest beings in shonen jump history before they blurred out of existence. He wished he could've had popcorn to watch as Sasuke easily tore through the line of lizardmen before throwing his sword at a nearby flying wyvern, only for the sword to be replaced with a already turning Naruto, massive rasengan in hand as he smashed it into the wyverns back, sending the A - Ranked monster on a crash course with the ground.
The sound of chirping birds suddenly fills the area as Kakashi used the heads of the lizardmen as stepping stones to reach the dragon at their center, only for his body to disappear in a swirl that originates from his left eye.
The dragon looks around vigorously for the silver haired man, only for a humongous, ominously glowing, purple figure to appear behind him along with a blue one of the same height.
The three humongous creatures started at each other for a moment before the dragon reared it's head back, gathering a destructive amount of bright orange energy. It goes to fire said energy, only for nine, glowing, yellow ethereal tails to wrap around it's maw, followed by a massive yellow arm as Naruto in a gigantic yellow fox keeps the dragon from releasing the energy as Sasuke and Kakashi both form two massive chidories in the hands of their respective susanoos, lifting their arms high into the air, causing the sky to begin turning a ominous dark grey as thunder clouds began to gather.
Electricity sparked from within the clouds before a unbelievably massive dragon, made from blue lightning, parts the clouds and begins roaring while on a crash course with the red dragon.
The red dragon's eyes widen as it stops struggling in the large fox's grip, the fire in its mouth dying down as shock and fear overtakes it's body. The lightning coming off the lightning dragon's serpent like body jumping from wyvern to wyvern as the main body finally crashes down into the red dragon's back.
BOOOOOOOOOM!!!
Dust and debris soon over took Puck's vision as Sakura used her body to keep him from harm, hugging his body into her chest.
"GEEZ GUYS! WATCH IT! OUR SUMMONER'S RIGHT HERE YOU KNOW!" She shouts towards the three in annoyance as the dust cleared, revealing the three male ninja looking pretty sheepish.
Even Sasuke looked slightly embarrassed as he rubbed the back of his head with his one good hand.
"T-That...." Puck finally manages to speak up, causing the ninja to pause. Their eyes widening in surprise as they looked at their summoner with shock after hearing his voice for the first time. "....WAS FUCKING AWESOME!" Puck exclaims, stars appearing in his eyes.
Naruto gives him a wide grin, Sasuke smirks and let's out a small scoff in amusement, Kakashi give shim a friendly eye smile, while Sakura looks down at him with a wide smile, giggling at his reaction as she hold him in her arms motherly.
But before Puck could start fanboying....
His vision blurred, "H-Huh?" Was the only thing that escaped his lips before he fell unconscious in Sakura's arms, the last thing he could hear was her worried scream and the sound of approaching footsteps.
