Orion awoke to the sensation of weight on either side of him and soft, rhythmic breathing tickling his neck. As his eyes adjusted to the dim morning light filtering through the room's curtains, he found himself in a comforting sandwich between his two sisters, Luna and Aurora. He could sense Luna's even breaths, her cheek pressed softly against his shoulder, while Aurora had slung an arm across his waist, her face buried in his chest.

It wasn't unusual these days to find himself this way, snuggled close to them in the early hours of the morning. And he cherished these moments, moments that only deepened their bond since becoming lovers. But there was an added tenderness to their embrace this morning, a result of last night's spontaneous dance.

For a moment, Orion simply lay there, reveling in the warmth and security of the moment. A small smile played on his lips as he thought of the sheer contentment of the situation. "There's no other place I'd rather be," he mumbled to himself, feeling the weight of Aurora's arm and the soft rhythm of Luna's breaths.

Running his fingers gently through Luna's silken hair, he thought of the evening prior, of the laughter, the teasing, the emotions laid bare. "Guess the dance did its trick," he whispered, a chuckle escaping him. He pressed a tender kiss atop Luna's head, feeling the warmth of her scalp.

Aurora stirred slightly, her eyelids fluttering. With a sleepy groan, she tightened her grip around his waist. "Too early," she mumbled, nuzzling closer.

Orion grinned, his other hand stroking Aurora's back in soothing circles. "Morning, sleepyhead," he whispered.

She smirked, the morning haze still evident in her eyes. "Morning, Romeo," she teased, her voice husky from sleep.

Orion chuckled softly. "Morning, Juliet. Dream of me?"

She snorted, her playful nature shining through. "Dream of you? In your dreams!"

He smirked, that trademark confidence seeping into his voice. "So you did dream of me."

She rolled her eyes but nestled closer. Luna, sensing the movement, groggily began to wake. Her big eyes, still glazed from sleep, met Orion's. "Morning," she murmured, stretching slightly but not letting go.

Orion nodded, brushing a stray hair away from her face. "It is. But take your time. I'm in no rush."

Luna smiled faintly, her gratitude evident. "You always were the patient one," she murmured.

The room was silent, save for their combined breathing, their heartbeats syncing in a comforting rhythm. Moments like this, shared in the silent cocoon of dawn, were sacred—unspoken affirmations of their bond.

"Last night was... something," Luna murmured, her voice thick with sleep.

Aurora's eyes blinked open, the corners crinkling as she smiled. "Yeah, it was. Our brother's got some smooth moves."

Orion chuckled softly, his chest vibrating with the sound. "You two aren't too shabby yourselves."

Luna gave a mock pout, "Oh, come on. You know you loved every moment of it."

Orion's expression softened, the depth of his feelings evident in his gaze. "I did. More than I can express."

The trio lay in comfortable silence for a moment, each lost in their thoughts. The warmth and safety of the embrace, the shared moments, the strength of their bond – it was a rare comfort.

Aurora yawned, her voice playful. "Though, if we don't get up soon, Mom and Mum will start wondering."

Luna giggled, her fingers tracing lazy patterns on Orion's chest. "Or worse, they'll join in."

The visual made Orion chuckle, his laughter causing both sisters to jolt lightly. "Now that would be a sight."

Luna grinned, her fingers still dancing over Orion's chest. "Guess we better get up before that happens."

The door opened just as Luna had finished her sentence. There, standing with amused smiles and twinkling eyes, were Selene and Elara. Selene, with her gentle face glowing from morning warmth, took in the sight before her, her gaze lingering fondly on Orion and her daughters. Elara, every bit the proud hero, stood tall, her posture relaxed but poised, her eyes softening at the family scene.

"And why would that be a bad thing?" Elara quipped, her eyes dancing with mischief.

Selene giggled, a soft, melodious sound. "Are you three planning on staying in bed all day?" Her voice was teasing, but there was a hint of genuine curiosity.

Before any of the siblings could answer, Selene had already made her way to one side of the bed. "No, no!" Luna protested, her voice mock-outraged as she was nudged away. Her hands gripped the bedsheet as she tried to stake her claim, but it was a futile effort against the playful intentions of her mothers.

While Elara, demonstrating her agile hero skills, leapt over Orion, pushing Luna slightly to make space for herself.

Aurora, feeling Elara's weight settle next to Orion, let out a groan of feigned annoyance. "Mum!" she began, but the sight of Elara nestling close to Orion, her arms wrapping around his waist in a gentle hug, made her words die in her throat.

"Because you always snatch Orion from us!" Luna pouted, positioning herself behind Selene, trying to wedge herself between her mother and Orion.

Selene laughed, the sound warm and hearty. "Orion is just so huggable," she teased, burying her face into his chest, inhaling his familiar scent.

"That's why we're here in the first place!" Aurora exclaimed, her tone light, but her words carrying a depth of genuine sentiment.

Orion, ever the calm center of the storm, simply chuckled. His arms, though occupied by Selene and Elara, managed to reach out and pat Luna's arm reassuringly. "There's enough of me to go around," he murmured, his voice filled with warmth and amusement.

Elara looked up from her cozy spot next to Orion, her gaze meeting Aurora's. "Well, maybe if you two didn't hog him all night, we wouldn't have to make our move in the morning," she mumbled playfully, her grip on Orion's waist tightening in mock possessiveness.

Huffing, Luna and Aurora climbed over their mothers and lay on top of Orion. "As he said, there's plenty of him," Luna giggled, her words punctuated by a playful shove against Aurora's shoulder.

Wrapped completely with his family, Orion just chuckled, enjoying the moment as he hugged them all together. The weight of his loved ones pressed against him, the mesh of limbs and voices, created a sense of comfort unparalleled by any other.

Selene let out a faux groan. "Really? Everyone on top of Orion?" She glanced at him, her eyes twinkling with amusement.

He smirked, a hint of that defiant attitude she had come to love. "Honestly? I wouldn't have it any other way."

Aurora snorted, rolling her eyes in mock exasperation. "Always the martyr, aren't you?" She quipped, nudging him teasingly.

Mumbling against his shoulder, Elara teased, "It seems we've discovered Orion's hidden talent – serving as a human mattress."

Selene, her voice soft but clear, added, "A very comfortable one at that." She traced a finger along Orion's collarbone, her touch light and gentle.

Before Orion could retort, Elara interjected, her voice playful. "Oh, come on, Aurora. Admit it, this is cozy. Besides, Orion seems to be enjoying it," she said, her hand patting his cheek teasingly.

Luna hummed in agreement, "We might have underestimated how much he enjoys being the center of attention," she murmured, her eyes meeting his with a mischievous glint.

Orion laughed softly, a knowing look in his eyes. "Maybe, or maybe I just enjoy being with those I love."

A collective "aww" resounded, causing Orion to grin widely.

"Well, as comfortable as Orion is, it is time for breakfast. You still have to go to the school." Selene's announcement broke the cozy bubble the family was ensconced in.

The reaction was instant. A chorus of exaggerated boos erupted from Luna, Aurora, and, much to Selene's surprise, Elara.

"Traitor," Aurora mumbled, nudging Elara, her voice dripping with faux outrage.

Elara smirked, "What? Can't a girl enjoy a bit of mischief?"

Luna laughed, her voice light, "With Orion around? I'd say mischief is our default setting."

Selene mock-pouted, looking pointedly at Orion for support. "Oh, come on. A mother can't be outvoted in her own home."

Orion grinned, patting Selene's head with a fond look. "Mom is right," he said with a playful wink, wrapping all four of them into a tight hug. With practiced ease, he maneuvered himself, managing to get up without causing any discomfort to the ladies on the bed. His agile movement earned impressed nods from the others.

Elara, stretching her arms and yawning, muttered, "Of course he is. Making us all look like clumsy toddlers."

Luna giggled, "Speak for yourself, Mum. I am graceful, like a swan." She fluttered her eyelashes dramatically.

Aurora snorted, "A swan that trips over air?"

Rolling her eyes, Luna lightly swatted at Aurora. "Jealous."

Selene, trying to stifle her laughter, said, "Now, now, let's not start a war in the bedroom." Her tone was light, her eyes dancing with amusement.

Orion, pulling on his shirt, mumbled, mostly to himself, "War? Between you four? I'd pay to watch that."

Luna, propping herself up on her elbows, sighed dreamily, "Ah, the joys of family banter in the morning. Who needs caffeine?"

Aurora smirked, "We might if we had someone who wasn't hogging the entire bed."

"Hey, it's not my fault I'm irresistible," Orion retorted, his grin cocky.

Selene chuckled, shaking her head. "Alright, playtime's over. We should all head downstairs."

"But breakfast in bed sounds so tempting," Luna murmured, her eyes pleading.

Orion quirked an eyebrow at her, "Are you challenging me?"

Luna smirked, "What if I am?"

Without missing a beat, Orion leaned down, effortlessly sweeping Luna into his arms bridal style. She let out a surprised yelp, clutching onto him. "You know," he whispered in her ear, a hint of playful challenge in his tone, "I never back down from a dare."

She giggled, her fingers tracing the curve of his jaw. "Well played, brother."

As he carried her out of the room, Aurora looked at Elara and Selene, "Think he'd carry us too?"

Elara chuckled, "Worth a shot." She cleared her throat dramatically, looking pointedly at Orion. "You know, I'm feeling quite faint. The bed was so soft, my legs might not work."

Orion glanced back, amusement clear in his eyes. "Nice try, Mum. But I've only got two arms."

"You still have your back," Aurora giggled, quickly leaping and landing on his back. Her legs wrapped around his waist, and she hung on tightly, her arms draped over his shoulders.

Orion rolled his eyes, adjusting his grip on Luna while balancing Aurora. "Always looking for loopholes, aren't you?" He teased, carefully maneuvering to make sure he had a secure grip on both of them.

Luna, nestled comfortably in Orion's arms, smirked up at him, "You did teach us to exploit every situation."

He chuckled, "Did I now?"

"You did, every time we played those strategy games," Aurora piped up from behind him, resting her chin on his shoulder. Her breath tickled his ear, making him shiver slightly.

Muttering under his breath, he said, "I might have created monsters."

Aurora grinned, "Oh, you love us monsters."

Orion couldn't argue with that. Taking a deep breath, he began the descent down the stairs. Every step was a calculated balance between the weight in his arms and on his back, and the careful movement of his feet. He could feel the trust from his sisters, their complete reliance on him in that moment.

Behind them, Selene and Elara watched, a mix of amusement and pride evident in their eyes. Selene leaned in close to Elara, her voice a playful whisper, "Think he'd give us a ride too?"

Elara smirked, "We might be pushing it."

As they reached the bottom of the staircase, Orion spoke, his voice a mix of playful challenge and genuine concern, "Hold on tight. We're almost there."

Aurora, feeling the rhythm of Orion's steps, mumbled into his ear, "You know, we could walk."

He smirked, the sensation of her breath still sending shivers down his spine. "And where's the fun in that?"

Before Luna or Aurora could respond, they had arrived in the kitchen, and Orion carefully set Luna on one of the chairs, while Aurora slid off his back, gracefully landing on her feet.

Selene, walking in behind them, applauded. "Bravo! That was quite the performance."

Elara winked, "Almost as good as last night's dance."

Orion chuckled, "You two will never let me live that down, will you?"

Luna sighed contentedly, "Never. It was too precious."

Aurora nodded in agreement, "Definitely a highlight."

As they settled into the routine of preparing breakfast, the atmosphere was light and playful. Orion, ever the multitasker, was flipping pancakes while simultaneously dodging the playful swats from Aurora.

"You think you're so smooth," she teased, trying to steal a freshly flipped pancake.

Orion dodged, his movements agile and quick, a smirk on his face. "I don't think. I know."

As breakfast came to a close, Selene stood, her gaze sweeping over her family. "This has been a wonderful morning," she began, her voice filled with emotion. "But it's time for school."

A chorus of groans echoed around the table, but Orion just grinned, standing and stretching. "Come on," he said, clapping his hands together. "Time to face the day."
