After spending the better part of the morning in a cocoon of warmth and love with his sisters, Orion finally pulled himself away from the comforting sheets. The day was ready to be seized, and he had a date to prepare for. Vivi was waiting, and he needed to ensure everything was perfect.
Vivi... She was different from Hinata. Whereas Hinata was shy, Vivi was spirited and vivacious. He'd need a different setting to accommodate her dynamic personality. The idea of another picnic in the serene forest near the lakeside wasn't going to cut it.
Stepping into the kitchen, he started preparing breakfast for his family, while his mind began to orchestrate the details of his date with Vivi. 'Where can I take her?' He mused, flipping pancakes onto a plate.
A grin spread across his face as a thought struck him. 'That's it!' The answer seemed so obvious, it made him chuckle to himself. Vivi loved adventure. She loved excitement. A simple picnic wouldn't suffice. No, he had a much better idea.
"Hey, Aurora, Luna, Moms" he called out, turning to face his sisters and mothers who had just entered the kitchen. "How does a hot air balloon ride sound for a date?"
His sisters exchanged glances, surprise registering on their faces before they burst out laughing. "You? In a hot air balloon?" Luna asked, her laughter subsiding as she raised an eyebrow at him. "Well, that's certainly different."
Orion rolled his eyes playfully. "Not for me, silly. For Vivi."
Aurora's eyes twinkled with understanding. "Ah, Vivi would love that," she said, her approval reflecting in her voice.
Orion nodded, satisfied with their response. "Yeah, I thought so too."
Having settled on the perfect idea for his date with Vivi, Orion began to wrap up his morning activities. He exchanged playful banter with his sisters and mothers as they enjoyed the breakfast he'd made, the room filled with the warmth of family love.
Eventually, it was time to leave. He planted a kiss on Luna's forehead, her giggle echoing in his ears as he moved on to Aurora, a similar reaction elicited from her. Elara and Selene received their kisses next, their smiles as bright as the morning sun as they waved him off.
With a final glance at his family, he picked up the basket that he'd prepared with a variety of snacks and delicacies, perfect for a picnic. He mounted his scooter, the engine humming to life beneath him.
His mind started to wander as he drove towards Vivi's house. 'She loves excitement. She loves adventure. I hope she likes the surprise.' His heart pounded with anticipation as he neared her home.
Pulling up in front of the small, cozy house, he was greeted by the sight of Vivi. She was dressed in a sundress, its fabric flowing with every slight movement she made. Her radiant smile was infectious, instantly putting him at ease.
Vivi's beauty was undeniable, but it was her spirit, the fire in her eyes, that drew him to her. She was a whirlwind, a tornado of energy and excitement, and he wouldn't have it any other way.
As he took her in, he noticed the woman standing behind her. Titi, Vivi's mother, was a strong woman, having raised Vivi on her own after the loss of her husband. She had a kind smile on her face as she watched the interaction between Orion and her daughter.
Orion, giving Vivi a charming smile, addressed Titi, "Good morning, Mrs. Titi. Vivi looks as radiant as ever, thanks to you."
Titi chuckled, nodding appreciatively at his compliment. "Thank you, Orion. I hope you're ready to handle this whirlwind today," she gestured towards Vivi, her eyes twinkling with mirth.
Vivi shot her mother a playful glare before turning her attention to Orion. "So, where are you taking me today?" she asked, her voice filled with curiosity and excitement.
Orion chuckled, shaking his head slightly. "You'll see when we get there, Vivi. It's a surprise."
Her eyes widened in anticipation as she let out an excited squeal. "I love surprises!" She exclaimed, making Orion laugh.
"Well then, hop on," he instructed, gesturing to the scooter.
Vivi didn't need to be told twice. With a gleeful smile, she jumped onto the back of the scooter, wrapping her arms around him. "To adventure!" She called out, her voice filled with excitement.
Orion couldn't help but grin. This was going to be a day to remember.
He turned his head to Titi, "I'll have her back by evening, Mrs. Titi. Don't worry."
With a reassuring smile, Titi nodded. "Take care of my little girl, Orion."
"Always," was Orion's promise, and with that, he kick-started the scooter, setting off for the day's adventure.
As Orion navigated the winding roads that led out of town, he could feel Vivi pressed snugly against his back. Her arms were looped around his waist, fingers tracing absent patterns through his shirt. Her body was warm, her breath steady against the base of his neck, and her actions were curiously reminiscent of Hinata's and Tatsumaki's.
Orion found himself smiling as he recalled his previous dates. He had to admit, there was something endearing about the trust the girls placed in him, each in their own unique way. It was a sensation he could get used to.
They soon found themselves on the outskirts of the city, the hustle and bustle giving way to tranquil meadows. There was an enchanting serenity about the place, but that was not the primary attraction.
He could sense Vivi perking up behind him as they neared their destination. The excitement in her grip was palpable as the panorama revealed itself: a vast field brimming with colorful hot air balloons, some already airborne, others waiting to take flight.
"Oh, Orion!" Vivi's voice was filled with awe as she took in the sight. The giddy giggle that bubbled out of her filled Orion's heart with satisfaction. He'd chosen right.
"Surprise," he replied simply, a teasing lilt to his voice.
Vivi squeezed him in response, her joy radiating through the connection. She took a moment to admire the sight before she swung her leg over the scooter, coming to stand in front of him. The excitement in her eyes was matched by the wide grin that had split her face.
"You...you..." she stumbled over her words, her voice choked with emotion. Then, without warning, she flung herself at him, her arms winding around his neck. He stumbled slightly, caught off guard, but his arms automatically went around her, steadying them both.
And then her lips were on his. It wasn't a chaste peck; it was passionate, filled with gratitude and excitement. He was slightly taken aback, but he wasn't one to back down. He met her passion with his own, kissing her back with fervor.
They broke apart a few moments later, their breaths mingling in the cool air. The flush on Vivi's cheeks, the sparkle in her eyes, and the genuine smile on her lips, were a sight to behold. Orion couldn't help but return her smile, his heart pounding with the realization that he was a part of this unforgettable moment.
"I...I don't know what to say, Orion," Vivi finally managed to get out, her voice a soft whisper.
"You don't have to say anything," Orion replied, brushing a loose strand of hair off her face. "As long as you're happy."
Vivi's response was another squeeze, her body pressing closer to his. "More than happy," she said, her voice muffled against his chest.
"Well then, are you ready for your adventure?" Orion asked, pulling back slightly to meet her gaze.
Vivi's response was a nod, her eyes shining with anticipation. "Lead the way, my gallant prince."
Orion couldn't help but chuckle at her theatrics. He took her hand, intertwining their fingers, and led her towards the balloons.
