As they resumed their experiment, Orion couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth spreading through him. Yachiru's innocence and curiosity were infectious, her energy and enthusiasm brightening up the sterile lab.

As the experiment progressed, Orion noticed Yachiru becoming increasingly comfortable in his presence. He found her energy infectious, her candid comments keeping a steady stream of laughter between them.

When they were in the midst of analyzing the color changes on the litmus paper, Yachiru suddenly paused and tilted her head, a mischievous glint appearing in her eyes. "Hey, Orion," she began, her voice dropping to a whisper as if she was about to share a secret. "Do you think… other body fluids would change the color too?"

For a moment, Orion just blinked at her, caught off guard by her boldness. Then, he let out a low chuckle, an amused sparkle in his eyes. "Are you trying to make me blush, Yachiru?"

Yachiru simply shrugged, a smirk playing on her lips. "Maybe. So, are you?"

Orion was not one to back down from a challenge, especially a playful one. His charisma never wavered under her suggestive comment, and he decided to play along, leaning in closer to Yachiru, his voice lowering. "Maybe, but not with just words, Yachiru."

Yachiru's eyes widened slightly, surprised by his reaction. Her usual confident demeanor wavered slightly under his intense gaze, causing her to blush.

The chemistry classroom was filled with a curious silence, the tension palpable. Luna and Aurora watched the scene unfold from their station, their protective instincts flaring up. They watched as Yachiru stammered, trying to regain her composure. Orion, however, seemed completely unaffected, his charisma and confidence shining through.

Luna shared a look with Aurora. Their plan to match up with other girls to catch Orion's attention now seemed more pressing than ever. They couldn't let these other girls monopolize their brother.

Meanwhile, Momo Yaoyorozu continued to monitor the classroom, her sharp eyes catching the playful banter between Orion and Yachiru. Her lips curved into a slight smile. This was what she loved about teaching - the lively energy of her students, their fearless curiosity, and the dynamic interactions.

Back at their workstation, Orion continued with the experiment, helping Yachiru through the procedure while keeping the atmosphere light and engaging. Despite her earlier fluster, Yachiru quickly found her footing again, her playful teasing replaced by a renewed focus on their work.

The lab was filled with the soft clinks of glassware and the low hum of chatter as the pairs worked diligently on their tasks. The familiar scent of chemicals wafted in the air, mixing with the faint traces of Yachiru's sweet perfume that Orion couldn't help but notice.

As they finished the titration, Yachiru carefully recorded the results, her brows furrowed in concentration. Orion watched her, a fond smile playing on his lips. Despite her carefree and sometimes whimsical behavior, Yachiru was serious when it came to her work, a trait he found endearing.

Before long, the class was over. As students began to pack up, Yachiru turned to Orion, her eyes sparkling with gratitude. "Thanks, Orion. That was fun."

Orion smiled back at her, his hand brushing lightly against hers in a casual, friendly gesture. "Anytime, Yachiru."

As the bell signaling the end of class chimed, Luna and Aurora shared a glance before flanking Orion, their hands gripping his arms protectively. Without a word, they maneuvered him through the bustling hallways towards the school gates.

Their destination was clear: Ichiraku Ramen, a small, cozy eatery run by the kind-hearted Ayame. This was the third consecutive Tuesday they were heading there. The sisters shared a secret smile at that thought. Their spontaneous ramen runs were on the brink of becoming another cherished tradition.

A sigh of relief passed Luna's lips as they successfully dodged the throng of school girls vying for Orion's attention. "Finally," she muttered under her breath, "some peaceful time with our brother."

Orion simply chuckled at their antics, his heart warmed by their fierce protectiveness. Yet, he was aware of the underlying motive behind their actions. His sisters didn't want him to get swept up by the tide of admirers that seemed to be growing every day.

Just as Luna and Aurora began to ease into the rare comfort of having Orion all to themselves, an excited shout echoed from behind them. "Orion!"

All three turned around to see Yachiru barrelling towards them, her vibrant pink hair bouncing with each step. Orion's lips twitched upwards into a welcoming smile, yet Luna and Aurora shared a hesitant glance.

Before Luna could even utter a word, Yachiru had reached them. She stopped just short of Orion, panting lightly. "Hey, Orion!" she greeted enthusiastically, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Are you guys heading to Ichiraku?"

"We are," Orion affirmed, his eyes softening at her enthusiasm. "Why do you ask, Yachiru?"

"I thought I could join you," she admitted, "as a thank you for helping me out in class today."

Aurora frowned, her grip on Orion's arm tightening slightly. "Actually, Yachiru, this is...sort of a family lunch," she informed, her voice more of a polite warning than an outright rejection.

But Yachiru seemed unfazed. "Oh, that's okay," she replied cheerfully. "I won't intrude, promise!"

Before they could protest further, Yachiru had already linked her arm with Orion's, a triumphant grin on her face. Orion just laughed, shaking his head at her impromptu boldness. Meanwhile, Luna and Aurora exchanged a frustrated glance.

"Guess she's not easy to shake off," Luna muttered under her breath, her gaze hardened on the back of the enthusiastic pink-haired girl.

Aurora sighed, running a hand through her hair. "Guess we need to step up our game," she mumbled in response, her eyes following Orion and Yachiru.

As they walked towards Ichiraku, Orion couldn't help but notice the stark contrast between his sisters and Yachiru. Luna and Aurora, with their protectiveness bordering on jealousy, seemed to be more concerned about his personal life than he was. On the other hand, Yachiru, with her vivaciousness and directness, was like a breath of fresh air. He appreciated her friendship, her light-hearted antics bringing a smile to his face.
