Chapter 3 - Portal

Orion and his friends left the kindergarten and started their walk home, the spring weather was perfect – the sun was shining, a gentle breeze rustled the leaves on the trees, and the air was filled with the sweet scent of blossoming flowers. Orion's sisters, Aurora and Luna, stayed close to his side as they walked, along with the other girls who lived nearby. They chatted and laughed, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the company of their friends.

Ichigo and Hibari walked a short distance behind them, deep in conversation, while Luffy led the group, singing a goofy song and waving a stick in the air. His infectious laughter and silliness were impossible to resist, and soon the rest of them were singing along, their spirits lifted by the camaraderie.

"Yo ho ho ho, a pirate's life for me!

We sail the seas, so wild and free,

We laugh and play, we dance and sing,

Yo ho ho ho, a pirate's life for me!"

Suddenly, their carefree walk was interrupted as a portal appeared just a few meters away from them. Monsters from the world of Witcher, including Drowners, Nekkers, and Ghouls, poured out of the portal, causing alarms to sound all around the city.

Orion immediately sprang into action, pulling his sisters and friends away from the street. "Everyone, follow me!" he shouted, urging them to move away from the danger as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, one of the monsters caught their scent and followed them, cornering them in a dead-end alley. Luffy was the first to charge, his arm stretching out as he attempted to punch the monster. "Go away, monster!" he yelled, but his attack did little to slow it down.

In her panic, Nami shouted and a small, fluffy cloud appeared, raining weak lightning bolts onto the creature. Nojiko tried to help as well, raising her hand and summoning icicles to attack the monster. Hibari summoned a purple porcupine that rolled towards the beast, while Ichigo drew a black blade out of nowhere and stood protectively in front of his sisters, Karin and Yuzu.

"Leave us alone, ugly monster!" Ichigo cried out, his voice full of defiance.

"Be my Nakama but don't hurt my friends!" Luffy added, his eyes full of determination.

Asuna's hand suddenly gripped a sword that appeared from thin air, and she tried to stand strong against the monster, while Ochaco floated just above the ground, panicking but safe for the moment. Mikasa's back sprouted a kit, and she held two blades at the ready, her eyes locked on the creature. Hinata's eyes turned veiny as she stared in terror at the advancing monster.

Ino and Sakura's hands glowed with blue energy, but they couldn't control it, leaving them frozen in fear.

Luna and Aurora joined the battle, with Luna using the icicles Nojiko sent, changing their course and attacking the monster from different angles, while Aurora used wind slashes to try and fend off the beast.

Despite their best efforts, none of the children's attacks seemed to have any effect on the monster. As it loomed closer and closer, Orion pushed everyone back and stood in front of them, watching the creature crawl towards them. It was frustrating and disheartening to see all his friends and sisters awakening their powers, while he seemed to be powerless. He was supposed to be their protector, but he couldn't do anything.

Just as they began to lose hope, a nearby electric pole cracked and fell onto the monster's head, burying it under debris. They breathed a collective sigh of relief, but more monsters were approaching.

As he was feeling more and more depressed, Elara, Inoichi Yamanaka, Hiashi Hyuga, Isshin Kurosaki, and Bellemere appeared on the scene, ready to face the onslaught of monsters and protect their children. As the parents engaged in battle, the true extent of their powers and abilities was revealed.

Elara, an A Rank Hero, fought with grace and determination, harnessing the power of divine light. She healed herself and her allies while striking down her enemies with blinding force. Her unyielding resolve made her immune to any attempts at mind control, and her masterful combat skills were a sight to behold.

Inoichi Yamanaka displayed his prowess in mental manipulation, confusing the monsters and turning them against one another. His psychic attacks left the creatures disoriented and vulnerable, allowing his allies to strike with ease.

Hiashi Hyuga moved with incredible speed and precision, utilizing his mastery of the Gentle Fist technique to target the monsters' pressure points and incapacitate them. His eyes, imbued with the power of the Byakugan, allowed him to see the creatures' chakra pathways, ensuring that his attacks were both swift and deadly.

Isshin Kurosaki charged into battle, his Zanpakuto cleaving through the monsters with ease. His experience as a Soul Reaper made him a formidable opponent, and his powerful Getsuga Tenshou technique sent waves of energy tearing through the enemies.

Bellemere fought fiercely, her years of training as a Marine evident in her every move. She wielded a variety of weapons with deadly accuracy, picking off monsters from a distance before they could get too close to the children.

As the battle raged on, Selene created a protective barrier around the children, keeping them safe from harm as their parents fought to save them. Her empathic connection and the wisdom of the ages allowed her to offer comfort and support to the frightened children, helping them feel secure despite the chaos unfolding around them.

The parents fought valiantly, pushing back the monsters and driving them back through the portal from which they had come. Once the last monster had been defeated, the portal closed, sealing off the threat and leaving everyone in awe of the heroes who had saved them.

In the aftermath of the battle, the children found solace in each other's company, their bonds growing stronger as they shared their fears, hopes, and dreams. They knew that their world was a dangerous place, but with heroes like their parents watching over them, they felt safe and secure, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

And although Orion had not yet discovered his own powers, he knew that someday he would find his place among the heroes, standing strong beside his sisters and friends as they fought to protect the world they loved. Until that day came, he would continue to learn, grow, and support those around him, never losing sight of the dream that burned brightly within his heart.
