Holin Calender, Year 523
At the playground of whitehood High School, 500 students are gathered together. In front of these students is a stage where a middle aged man with robust body and intimidating aura is standing next to an alter where a dark crystal is hovering over with a dar luster all over it shining with light that looks like a heavenly gem.
"Rita Nori" As the name got called by the middle aged man, a beautiful girl with the face like jade carved out by divine craftsman and a intoxing curved body goes to the stage.
"Put your hands above the awakening stone" says the middle aged man. The girl puts her snow white hands on awakening stone and the stone shines brightly gold.
"Congratulations, you got B-level bardan 'Dhan buff'. Its the bardan of goddess of wealth 'Laxmi' "
"As expected of daughter of city lord. She is the top beauty of the city and awakened B-level bardan" "Dhan buff lets you amplify your overall stats by using devi coins and as the daughter of city lord, she is destined to be the peak of power. She will at least be Maharathi in the future"
While students are talking about Rita, she goes straight to the last of the line where a boy with exquisite facial structure with black hair and fit body is standing without talking with anyone. "Shiva, look I awakened B-level bardan. Now after you awaken your bardan, we can form a party and go on our adventure."
Shiva glances at Rita and nodded his head. Actually, he isn't from this world but from Earth. He was a game tester at a gaming company. While returning from the office, our dear Truck-kun hit him and then traversed here. The name of the planet is Holin and every culture and language is same as that of Earth with the difference being that magic is recovered in this planet. Here, the main kings are those who have awakened. Simply, this world follows the rule of 'Might is right'
Shiva's parents were both A-level awakeners who one day suddenly went missing and since they had good relationship with the city lord, he has been living with them after his parents went missing. Since they were high level awakeners, he has a massive inheritance but living two lives, he knows that everything depends upon strength of one. So instead of living a life of luxury, he has been exercising in the hellish way to increase his strength and because of living two lives, he has a intelligent mind so he is topper at both liberal and physical class.
Shiva and Rita are childhood friends and they both have developed feeling for each other. Their parents decided on their birth to marry them, so they both are childhood sweetheart.
"Well, none knows what happens. Would you not form a party if I didn't awaken or awakened F-level bardan?" He asks in a serious tone. "Yeah, I won't. What will you do?" Rita replies in a joking tone as she knows that the boy in front of her is always this serious and gloomy. But, she isn't like others. Even if Shiva didn't awaken, she would not leave him but there is no possibility that he won't awaken. She has known him for all her life and knows how much effort he has put in improving his strength.
"Next" The middle aged man called one by one, all the students go to the awakening stage. 60% students didn't awaken while those who awakened were either E-level or D-level.
"Yogi Aghori" The man called the name and a student with blonde hair and height of 5'6" and a handsome facial structure goes to the awakening stage and puts his hand in awakening stone. The stone shines brightly green. "Congratulations you have awakened B-level bardan 'Accurate shot'. Its the bardan of 'Arjun' "
All the students are congratulating him. He also walks straight to Shiva. He gives a provocative glance at Shiva and says"Lets see who has better bardan. I will crush you and cripple you for the rest of your life" Yogi and Shiva are always in bad term. Shiva always scored top of his class and Yogi has always been second. More over, he has always liked Rita but Rita never gives him any attention and even rejected him once. So he has deep hatred towards Shiva for stealing his position and goddess.
"Shiva Shakti" The middle aged man calls his name and Shiva walks towards awakening stage. While crossing Yogi, he gives a nod. He places his hand on the awakening stone and it shines brightly white. Everyone starts talking as none knows what white means. Even the middle aged man doesn't know about it. "Well, congratulations on your awakening. I don't know what it means so I will talk to head master and give you an answer" middle aged man says to Shiva and Shiva gives a nod as he isn't paying attention to what middle aged man says. He is looking at the notice that he just received after the stone shine white.
