I'm sitting in my office that used to be a conference room. The desk is technically a conference table, and I'm merely set up on one side of it, but it doesn't bother me. There is plenty of room for people to come in and brainstorm in team sessions with me, and that's how I like to operate anyway.
I'm used to being on my own traveling and taking photographs, but when it comes to the creative side of things, I value the hive mind mentality. It's often the case that one person brings a piece of the puzzle for a client project that snowballs into contributions from a variety of viewpoints. That kind of creative alchemy is my absolute favorite.
