A/N some of the next few chapters since this is just a rewrite of chapters I already had and editing them made them shorter and also when I first wrote it I was planning on making chapters only 1k long.

'Strength is measured by how much weight I can lift, and it's likely that each stat point represents approximately 10 pounds of lifting capacity. As for speed, one stat point is probably equivalent to 1 mph. However, determining the measurement for stamina is difficult since it's hard to guess.'
"So it seems that improving reaction time and reflexes requires training, which is going to be troublesome. It's possible that speed and strength can contribute to agility to some extent."
Thanks to the smoke, Jack didn't have to worry about having to swat the mosquitoes away.
"So I have food, water, and made a shelter. Now I guess the next course of action should be to train to get stronger physically, get some new skills and discover how mana works."
Jack was also planning on cutting more trees since he wanted to make other spears, and maybe other things. While his ax was better, he didn't want to break it and a spear should be fine.
After eating Jack rested until he got bored and then went to get trees for the rest of the day and also made another spear, with the new one being more straight.
He managed to level up appraisal 2 more times during the day. He later went to grab a whole bunch of stones and brought them home. Since he was sleepy he went to sleep early again.
The next day when he went to use the bathroom he had gotten sick, It only lasted for two days before he was fine.
Throughout the day, Jack dedicated a quarter of his time to devising a way to fashion a hat from palm leaves. He was determined to avoid discomfort in the scorching sun, and thus postponed any other activities until he succeeded. The most challenging aspect of the task was how to seal the top of the hat, which Jack struggled to resolve. Eventually, he resorted to using additional palm leaves and some ropes, which ultimately proved to be effective.
Next, he proceeded to throw stones at a tree continuously, gradually honing his accuracy skill and appraisal by two levels. Following this, he commenced training with his spear, taking a break only when fatigue set in, at which point he caught a fish and supplemented it with some fruit. After finishing his meal, he rested and entered his second body.
While hesitant Jack decided to increase his mana capacity. ' It was probably just a one time thing, calm yourself down.' Jack stabilize his breathing to calm down before starting.
He proceeded to repeat the same action he had performed the previous time, pulling the white object towards himself. When it entered his body he guided it and it once again bounced all over his stomach, the pain was much less than before.
It was so little Jack barely felt it, since there were no noticeable side effects Jack continued to increase his mana capacity.
[ mana:11/11 ]
"As I thought, a white dot is a mana point, it takes a long time to get one point though. I hope it gets faster later".
Despite spending several days enhancing his mana capacity, Jack remained perplexed as to why he had not gained any new skills from it. The repetitive action of sitting down to increase his mana capacity was becoming boring and tiring, prompting him to shift his focus toward improving his spear techniques instead. However, the constant use of appraisal was causing him to experience persistent headaches.
Having completed his tasks for the day, he retired to bed early due to exhaustion. The following day, he spent his time attempting to catch fish while utilizing his appraisal skill, eventually seizing the ideal opportunity he caught a fish and reached level 10 in the skill. However, it was the second notification that piqued his interest and captured his attention.
