•Leo's POV•
I was still trying to work out my phone, tapping away at it - although, I understood none of these.. Modern letters.
I looked to Ophiuchus who was pressing buttons still, upon this metal square that apparently moves up and down with people inside.
"Hey, look! Aquarius messaged." I squinted at the message, completely confused by the supposed message sent.
"Give that here." She snatched the magic device from me. "What the heck is this?!"
"Ahem! That's called a phone." Someone said from behind us. "Excuse me, I have to go down." He looked rather posh and annoyed.
"Excuse me, but you need to learn better--" I put my hand over Ophiuchus' mouth, as the man nodded a thanks and moved into the metal box.
"I'm going down. Are you coming with?" The man raised a brow at us, and I quickly nodded. We slid inside the box and watched as he pressed a button.
"Ah-" I quickly held onto the railings as it abruptly began going down. The walls around the elevator were glass, so we could see outside and boy was it a sight.
I heard Ophiuchus gasp slightly, beside me and I felt like doing the same, although managed to keep my mouth shut.
"Where are we headed, then, Ophiuchus?" I made a small smile at her, though she remained quiet, looking rather pale and sickly about the whole experience. I suppressed a chuckle, as I turned away and continued to look out at the urban world. The city.
It looked like a maze, even, though it's beauty drew me in. That's why I was excited to explore.
