Lin Ruoxi and Yang Chen stepped into a bright, spacious room, spanning over fifty square meters. At the far end, a balcony overlooked the garden, furnished with black, ornate metal chairs and tables. A few green plants trembled in the early spring breeze. White sheer curtains fluttered, casting a soft light that danced across the spotless wooden floor.
Lin Ruoxi walked in, her fingers brushing over the old-fashioned TV cabinet. To her left stood a large bed, over two meters wide, freshly made with her own linens by Wang Ma. The room's three white wooden wardrobes were already filled with her expensive clothes.
In the right corner of the room, a small passage led to a closet and bathroom, where more of Lin Ruoxi's belongings awaited unpacking. Wang Ma had placed them there but hadn't dared to organize them further.
