As she watched Tang Zheng walk across the room to his phone on the table. She could barely suppress the urge to call him back to her side; he looked so tempting.
Tang Zheng picked up the phone, and Butler Zhong's anxious voice crackled through the speaker. "Young Master, you have to hurry—quick!"
Tang Zheng's brows knitted together. "What is it?"
"It's the Old Madam; she was attacked."
"What!"
"She went in for her medical checkup and... she crossed paths with the Old Master and his former mistress. They exchanged a few words, and it triggered the Old Madam. She flared up as she charged towards them, and—"
Tang Zheng was growing impatient. "Butler Zhong, get to the point."
"The mistress pushed the Old Madam," Butler Zhong finally blurted out.
Tang Zheng's mind raced "What happened? Did she hit her head? Is it her heart?"
