Li Na turned to him, a soft smile on her face. "Ready as I'll ever be. Besides, those questions are child's play," she said, her gaze returning to the window.
Tang Zheng didn't argue. He had seen her results; he knew she was capable, and he felt a surge of pride.
Li Na was mesmerized by the view below, but when she caught Tang Zheng's reflection in the mirror, she turned to face him. He leaned in, placing a soft kiss on her.
She pulled away, a playful frown on her face. "Your face is quite prickly," she said.
"You don't like it?" Tang Zheng asked, his voice low.
Li Na nodded. "It feels weird," she admitted.
Tang Zheng nodded, a silent promise in his eyes. 'Okay,' he thought. 'For her, anything.'
As Tang Zheng gently patted Li Na's head, she instinctively raised her hand to reciprocate, causing him to freeze in surprise.
"Your hair is so soft, what do you use?" she inquired with a smile.
