"Link start!" the young man said as he entered the nervegear, he quickly got into the game that from what his brother said was called ALO, he did do some research and he was curious and agreed to login to try it out...after some convincing, knowing his brother was the type to play GGO instead of asuka empire, but at least he could try it out, he login to see that he had to choose his name and avatar, he is reminded that this take place on alfheim or one of the world of nordic, he look to the avatar he can choose seeing it had one that caught his eye, the undine
he heard many said it was a magic user, he think a bit before wonder if he can use the magic for his weapon, i mean it not impossible after all he might be one of the rare undine that can uses weapon instead of casters, so he decided undine it is, as for name he was reminded of jakul and frosti from nordic legend, frosti sounded childish he though as he tap out jakul instead, with the acceptance he was quickly entered to the game
he see a castle hovered above the waters, though one problem he didn't know how to fly, (uh oh) he though as he was free falling to the before it suddenly stopped as he was landed softly to the ground, he look to the map seeing he was on the land of undine teritorry, he close the tab only to hear a scream with him look up to see a red haired fairy landed hard to the ground face first
the red fairy got up with jakul suprised he was okay "where am i ?" the red fairy asked rubbing his head "undine teritorry" jakul replied knowing the teritorry "well i guess it make sense- wait, that voice, brother is that you ?" the red fairy asked realizing "brother ?, wait, you're" jakul replied recognizing that voice "yes, wait why am i in an undine teritorry !?" the red fairy asked as he realize where he was
"i don't know how, but must be some kind of bug or glitches or some sorts" jakul explained hoping that it could calm him down a bit "if you say so" the red fairy look as he want to know his name "say, can you add me ?, or do you want me to add you ?"
"i just got here, i didn't know much about the system" jakul said as the red fairy decided to do the work with a small tab giving him a friend request, jakul quickly clicked yes as the two player see each others name jakul see his brother used blesi as a name, while blesi realize his brother uses jakul
"look like we both didn't use our real name" blesi said jokingly "come on, this is an opportunity to use a different name, why not take the chance" jakul replied as the two decided to enter the palace "understandable, let's go"
"aren't you worried of people suspicion of you, you know being a salamander and all that ?" jakul said seeing blesi being so relax "nope, the salamander only had tention to the the sylph and cait sith, so for the undine i'm more worried of some that tried to find trouble with us to be honest and reported to the undine guards, eventhough this is a game, the political stuff was taken quite seriously"
jakul was suprised to hear this as he remained silent looking around the place, with markets and shops surrounded by waters flowing down to the sea, as blesi look to jakul realizing he had no weapons on him "do you need a weapon ?" jakul hearing this look around him noticing the only thing he had was a wand with blesi simply said "looks like he thought your a mages type, doesn't really suit you at all"
"agree, but do you have any money ?" jakul asked blesi "i do but we need to test our luck" blesi said as he see a weapon shop nearby before walking towards it "wait what do you mean by test our luck ?" jakul followed behind him wondering "simple, we see if the two of our yrd was enough to buy you a sword"
"well, finger crossed, i guess" jakul said crossing his finger behind him as they enter the shop, with a ring of a bell above them they see the place filled with weapons of all kind, with the shop owner showed up behind the corner, while blesi decided to had kill some time do some chat with the shopowner, while jakul look around, just lifting some of it is enough to tell him how heavy and hard to use some of this sword are, though one sword that has an all white design caught his eye
as he grab the scabbard he realize it weight was okay for him, he then pulled out the sword seeing a silver sword with a black edge on it, he realize how light the sword was to his hand before he heard "try do some swing with it" from the shop owner, jakul step back a bit as he made a slash, he see the pommel had a word for zetsu, as it doesn't seems to be appear with it "may i asked who put this word here ?"
"oh you mean that, that's just some kiddo putting it there, didn't realize it was there all along to be honest" the shopowner explained as blesi asked "so you wanna buy this sword ?"
jakul nodded as blesi lean to the table asked "say how much is this sword cost ?" the shopowner quickly counted before replied with the number as the door was suddenly opened with the bell above it rang once more " that would be 80.000 yrd", as the shopowner see a familiar face enter the shop "ah, if it isn't you"
jakul and blesi look back to see an imp, wore in all purple, and what follow behind her seems to be a guild members of five people, filled with different kind of races though what caught the two eye were the fellow imp that had walk in as the shopowner seems to know her "what's bring you here this time, yuuki ?"
"nothing much, just come in to say hi, but also to see if my friend need anything" yuuki said as she notice the sword jakul was handling, but the two focus on pulling out the amount of yrd they have on them, only to find out they are still 300 yrd away from the exact amount, with their face shown to being quite obvious to yuuki
she look around while the other members were not looking, she quietly walk up to jaku and blesi "i'll pay some of it for them" jakul and blesi were quite suprise to see she suddenly appear beside them, as she put down the 300 yrd before giving the two to remain quiet about it as the shopowner decided to accept the money as he whispers to jakul and blesi said "good thing you got the sword she marked" with the two suprise and realized why she willing to help
as the two step aside seeing some of the request to the shopowner, most of them came to upgrade the weapons they had on her, as yuuki stand behind them seeing what they were doing, while jakul and blesi decided to let them be and walk away, only for jakul to feel a hand on his shoulder as he see it was yuuki who whispered "pay me back the next time we met"
blesi meanwhile walked outside without realizing jakul was not with him, but as he turned back he see jakul walked out of the shop don't know what to do now as blesi curiously asked "did she distract you or some sorts ?"
"well, she simply said to pay her the next time we met" jakul explained as the two walk away from the shop "well, that's easy, we can go ahead and fight some monsters, we might also see how this sword suits you"
"so any recommendations ?" jakul asked curiously "best start with the lowest level of monsters" blesi replied as he realize he didn't know which is the recommended floor "just to be curious, how long have you been playing ?" jakul asked some more hoping he could provide some experience "several hours..." the two went silent after blesi said those word
as jakul look to blesi "how many to be exact ?" jakul asked concerned "2 hours..." with the answer makes him sigh said "so what to do now ?"
"a few solutions, we explore this game ourselves, we join a guild and let them help us decide, or we could just asked" hearing the three jakul and blesi stopped as the two think in silence before said "explore the game ?" "explore the game." "ok"
the two look to the map as jakul look to the current floor was around 10, seeing a few places fitting for the two as jakul look to the 5 for some small monsters "floor 5 seems like a good choice" blesi said as jakul nodded, the decision is made as the two quickly teleported

the two arrived to floor 5 suprised to see it was a snowfield, reminded them of the siberia "seems a bit extreme for a 5th floor don't you think ?" jakul said as he look around the snowfield, as the place look barren for them, "expect some macaques, or worst, bosses"
"what macaques ?" jakul asked before hearing a roar sound in front of them "drunken macaques." blesi said the two pull out their weapon, they see the red cursors, with the macaques appear revealing their size bigger than that of humans, and on their hand a rope tied to a bottle of liquor "so that's why its call drunken macaque"
"beware of the swinging bottle, jakul" blesi warned "thanks for that" before seeing blesi had ran first "hey!" as jakul follow behind him, the macaque quickly swing around his bottle, as it spun to hit blesi, blesi quickly cut the rope to the bottle, as it flung away heading toward jakul "jakul, dodge !", jakul hear this quickly slide down as he continued his run as blesi try to sliced the macaque seeing that the attack buff the salamander have come to an effect
jakul meanwhile deal only some amount of damage, not as much as blesi but was decent, as the two quickly made their attack, before the macaque attack blesi, with blesi blocking the attack only for him to be pushed back, as jakul try his best to dodge the attack, unfortunately he was quickly hit with his hp reaching yellow real quick, the two look seeing the macaque approaching closer, with blesi quickly grab his sword and stand in front of jakul
while jakul use the sword scabbard to pull himself up, as he realize what is his motivation, but as the macaque fist began to approach them a sudden cross had hit the macaque chest, before it suddenly dissapears in front of them, blesi and jakul see the sudden attack looking back to see who it was
as yuuki stand behind them huffing heavily as she had her sword pointed at the monsters she quickly put back her sword before the rest of her guild teleport to the current floor with "yuuki, you made us worried sick" siune said as siune see the two "was it for these two ?"
"yes, just seeing them going to floor 5 for a begginers, that is just...wow" yuuki said shaking her head as jakul got up to put his sword back to his scabbard as yuuki look to the two seeing their hp "siune, help heal them"
"sure" siune said as yuuki walk back, she quickly said some echanctment with jakul and blesi see their hp slowly filled back "thanks"
"no problem, if there's nothing else, then we'll be going now" yuuki said seeing the healing was finished as she is about to leave "wait!" blesi called "we are pretty much new to this game, if possible could you let us join your guild"
it was all silence as jakul and blesi was expecting a no for an answer, but to her suprise yuuki turn around with a smiled saying "sure" as she gave the two an invite to the guild, jakul see the name sleeping knight on the guild name
meanwhile blesi see that the other seems worried, but they tried to hide it, best to accept it first "welcome to the sleeping knight, jakul, blesi." the two look to each other as they say "thank you"
on the way back to the tavern jakul look to the sword as he wonder what the word on the pommel shorts for while blesi somehow felt that something was hidden in this guild since the two were on the guild tail blesi began to ask "hey, jakul, am i the only felt that something was hidden behind this guild ?"
"really, what makes you think so ?" jakul asked hearing blesi sudden reaction "i don't know, it just i felt something was hi-" "hey, blesi, jakul, why the sudden stop ?" tecchi, one of the tank said while the rest look back to see blesi and jakul had stopped suddenly
jakul and blesi see this as they quickly ran to chase the guild with the guild chuckle, but jakul laugh with it but blesi mind still remain questioned
13:00pm
the tavern
the cups clung to one another though clearly they just pretend to think of it as a beer when in reality it was just a juice, the two were a bit late to the clung as they clung their cup after seeing the other had did it first
they see the rest had put down their glass as the two quickly followed before sat down, blesi look around before looking to the incoming food, feeling hungry just seeing the food arriving, while yuuki realize jakul sword was the only ones weapon to be putting near the table
"jakul, are you not going to put the sword in the inventory ?" yuuki asked as jakul stop eating after hearing this "it's a habit of mine, i'm not used to putting sword in belts" jakul explained looking to his sword "wouldn't it made it easier ?"
"not exactly, at least it allow me to get to my hand quicker" jakul explained as yuuki got curious and want to test it out "well then, how about this, you and you" pointing at jakul and blesi "let's have a small fight two on one"
"was it to debunk my point ?" jakul asked just to be curious "nope, i just want to know how good are you capable for a begginer" yuuki explained as she look to the map finding a good location "after you all finished of course"
she picked up a location before got out of the table, jakul look at the others, as one of the member talken, said "hey, jakul, can you let me see the sword you had ?"
"why ?" blesi asked still drinking his drink but jakul pull up his sword and show it to talken "this sword, no wonder" talken said as jakul and blesi got close to hear him "what is it " jakul asked "did you see this zetsu ?"
"yes" jakul replied as talken said "this zetsu was marked by her" jakul was suprised as blesi nearly choked on his drink hearing this "*cough* *cough* wh-what ?"
"wait, is this why she help me pay this sword ?" jakul asked as blesi said "maybe *cough* cough*" talken gave back jakul sword as he heard jun said "hope you two got a plan, or else it will be an easy fight for her" hearing this blesi and jakul began to sat back as jakul look to the map and wonders while blesi think of an full proof plan

jakul look to the map while blesi followed him looking around the location thinking how they can use it to their advantage, but the more they look the more they realize it seems impossible, as there aren't anything to hide nor used to their advantage as jakul continue to follow the map blesi simply whispered "were doomed"
"what ?" jakul wondered before blesi said "we are so doomed" jakul asked wondering why eventhough they haven't reach their destination "how come ?"
"look around us, no place to hide, nothing for us to use not to mention we are fighting against a leader of a guild that single handedly beat a macaque that we struggled, how do you expect we to beat a girl like her !?" blesi explained as jakul agree that he had some point "hard to say, we could decide after we see the location"
"well, we have no other choice" blesi said as he see jakul stops "we're here" the two look around seeing they are in a nearby hill, they look to see the emerald city nearby, able to see the yggdrasil tree high up, and the ruby city of the desert "is that where i supposed to be ?" blesi said looking to the city far away
"seems like it" jakul said looking around the place before hearing yuuki voice coming behind them "enjoy the view, you two ?" the two heard turning back to see yuuki had her sword on her belt with one of her hand on her hips "i must say, a good choice to have a fight"
"curious question before we fight, should we do the fight in the sky or on the ground" yuuki asked as jakul and blesi getting awkward "about that..." jakul said before blesi continued "we don't know how to fly"
"say whaat !?" yuuki suprised as she pulled out her sword said "no worries, i can see it is hard for you two to use wings, but who says we have to use wings in here, you can use your own feet if you want to, if your able to have the speed to catch up" yuuki explained smiled before raisng her sword in front of her chest, as jakul pulled out his sword doing the same, while blesi just pull his sword half way before grabbing the blade just to pull it out of the scabbard
yuuki was suprised to see someone would use a sword like this but as she put her sword down in her guard position, jakul spin a bit before had his sword pointing at yuuki, while blesi grab his sword handle before having his hand raised up, two of his hand on the grip
