"Let's go." Extending a claw, she scratched her itchy face. The raccoon-like alien walked up to Chen Yu, circled around him, and ordered, "Put this on him, the restraint lock. This bad guy has a history of escaping."
"No problem!" The Alliance Director produced something that looked like handcuffs from within his clothing and personally clamped it onto Chen Yu. "Sir, this restraint lock, even a B-tier Transcendent would struggle to break free."
"Does it possess the ability to seal supernatural powers?" inquired the raccoon-like alien.
"Yes," nodded the Director.
"Good." The raccoon-like alien nodded and then stood still, falling silent.
The Director realized what was expected of him and quickly presented a small box: "Sir, here are the soul beads for you. Thank you for making the trip."
