"I've mentioned this before," Xia said with a charming smile. "This stone is merely a fragment of a larger piece. We estimate that its success rate for transforming divine sense is only ten percent."
"Tch, what kind of treasure is that? It's utterly worthless," scoffed a guest from the second floor.
"Indeed, a mere ten percent success rate? It's hardly worth it," another chimed in, disappointment evident in their tone.
"Well then, esteemed guests, are any of you planning to retract your bids?" Xia inquired, her interest piqued as she glanced toward the second floor.
Surprisingly, none of the bidders chose to back out.
"Seventy million, going once," she announced.
"Going twice," she continued.
Xia raised two fingers, preparing to call for a third time.
"Seventy-five million."
A calm voice suddenly echoed from one of the chambers on the second floor.
